Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for the services provided by PayForSay s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website https://7stamp.com (the “Service”).

1. MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns regarding payments. When you purchase a subscription, you enter into a contract with Paddle, and your payment is subject to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

  • Service Performance: By starting to use our Service (e.g., creating a digital loyalty card, issuing stamps, or downloading the Scanner App) during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting the immediate performance of the service.
  • Pro-rata Refunds: If you exercise your right to withdraw after you have started using the Service, we (via Paddle) may deduct an amount proportionate to the service provided until the time you communicated your withdrawal.

3. GENERAL REFUND TERMS

Outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU/UK consumers, all fees paid for the Service are generally non-refundable.

However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with the Service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (usually 7 business days).
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part or Paddle’s part.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing.
  • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a subscription month or year after cancellation.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Paddle Support: Visit https://paddle.net or use the contact information provided in your purchase receipt.
  2. Contact Us: You can also notify us at info@7stamp.com. Please include your account email address and the reason for the refund request.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. ABUSE OF POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect signs of fraud, account abuse, or a pattern of repeated refund requests for the same account.
