4. CONSENT MANAGEMENT AND GPC

4.1. Opt-In Requirement: We process data for direct marketing only if you affirmatively opt-in during registration.

4.2. Preference Center: Users can manage channel-specific preferences via our Preference Center link found in every email.

4.3. Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor GPC signals. If your browser broadcasts a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt-out of data sale/sharing and will display a visible “Opt-Out Honored” message.

5. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING (ADMT)

We use ADMT to issue rewards based on stamp accumulation and birthdays. You have the right to receive information about the logic involved and to opt-out of such processing.

6. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS

We share data with sub-processors (Google Firebase, Google Analytics). Data transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. California residents may request historical data back to January 1, 2022.
