How Access Codes work
An Access Code is a prepaid code that activates one or more Packages. You buy Access Codes in the Partner Store, then assign each Package to a business - your own or a client's. The business starts using 7stamp immediately, while you keep the billing relationship and your margin.

Monthly vs Annual Access Codes
Monthly Access Codes give Packages for one month - ideal for short pilots, monthly resale, or temporary campaigns. Annual Access Codes give Packages for twelve months and follow the rule "pay for 10 months, get 12 months."

Partner Levels and discounts
Your Partner Level unlocks a locked discount on future purchases. Levels are based on how many Packages you purchase for the current paid period - the more Packages you run, the bigger your discount.

How to become a partner
Becoming a 7stamp partner is simple and transparent. There is no application form, no interview, and no negotiated contract. You become a partner - and unlock a Partner Level - by buying the matching number of Packages in the Partner Store.
- To reach a Partner Level, buy the number of Packages for that level. For example, 6 Packages unlock Preferred Partner.
- To keep your level, maintain that paid Package volume for the current period.
- To move up, buy more Packages and reach the next level.
- Your locked discount then applies to future purchases.
The whole partner deal is the level table above - what you see is what you get. No hidden conditions and no "contact sales to find out your discount." You always know exactly how many Packages unlock each discount before you buy.
How your Partner Level goes up - and down
Your Partner Level always matches the number of Packages you are paying for in the current period. Buy more Packages and you move up. Stop paying for Packages and you move down. There is nothing else to track.

Can I resell 7stamp under my own brand?
Yes. White-label lets you run the admin panel, customer card page, and Scanner on your own domains, under your brand. Your clients, or Managed Businesses, never see 7stamp.
Can I sell and renew clients without a recurring-payment integration?
Yes. You bill clients yourself and renew them with Access Codes. No Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Dodo, or Stripe integration is required.
Can I give a client or franchise its own brand?
Yes. Two-layer, or nested, White-label lets you assign a White-label Access Code to a client so it becomes its own branded layer beneath you.
Can partners offer unlimited email to clients?
Yes. Through the Own Channel / Branded Emails add-on, a client can connect their own SMTP server and send unlimited marketing email that is never counted. The add-on is included free on every seat in all Lifetime plans.
What is the Partner Balance?
The Partner Balance is a prepaid account in the partner store. You top it up by credit card, or by invoice for large sums, and use it to pay for Access Codes from balance.
How do I set up White-label?
Follow the setup guide. Complete Branding, Domain and DNS, Email sender, Policies, and Support contact, then switch the status to Enabled. White-label also requires Own Channel / Branded Emails so Branded emails or Your own SMTP server are available.
