7stamp glossary

These are the core product terms 7stamp uses consistently across FAQ, pricing, workflow pages, and support conversations.

Zero Level Integration
7stamp’s term for a loyalty setup that runs without custom POS development, without a separate customer app, and without creating a new staff role.
Staff Scanner
A staff-assisted workflow where an employee scans the customer’s wallet card from a phone or tablet and adds the stamp during service.
Self-Service Kiosk
A customer-facing tablet or browser workflow where the customer scans their own wallet card, sees progress, and interacts with loyalty with minimal staff help.
Autopilot Mode
A high-speed counter workflow where an external scanner triggers the stamp in the background so the queue keeps moving.
Smart Voucher
A digital reward object that appears after a customer reaches a goal and can be self-redeemed, staff-verified, or handed off to checkout.
Redeem Code
A text code, QR code, or barcode shown inside a 7stamp reward so staff or the POS can apply the reward at redemption time.
Terminal Mode
A dedicated mode of the 7stamp Scanner app that runs a loyalty program on an existing Android payment terminal. The customer scans a QR on the terminal screen and collects stamps in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Loyalty VAS (Value-Added Service)
A loyalty program offered on top of payment acceptance, typically by an acquirer, processor, or terminal reseller.
Terminal estate
The fleet of payment terminals managed by an acquirer, processor, ISO, or reseller.
Apple VAS / Google Smart Tap
Reader-level NFC protocols, handled by the terminal's payment application, that let a certified payment terminal read a loyalty pass from a phone wallet on tap and pass it to the loyalty system. Used in advanced Terminal Mode integrations.
Card-linked loyalty
An advanced partner-dependent integration where a returning customer is recognised by PAR (Payment Account Reference) or another non-PCI stable token after enrollment consent. Never use or hash PAN.
PAR (Payment Account Reference)
An EMVCo, non-PCI persistent payment-account identifier that can connect a physical card and its Apple Pay / Google Pay tokens to the same enrolled loyalty profile when the acquirer or processor exposes it.
White-label
Running 7stamp under your own brand and domains. It applies to the account, not to a single Package.
White Label Partner
A business that has enabled White-label and provides 7stamp loyalty under its own brand.
Managed Business
A second-level business served under a White Label Partner's brand and renewed through Access Codes.
Partner Balance
A prepaid account in the partner store, topped up by card or invoice, and used to pay for Access Codes from balance.
Access Code
A prepaid code that activates one or more Packages on 7stamp.
Package
One 7stamp service unit for one business location or staff login, with its own monthly limits.
Partner Level
A reseller tier that unlocks a locked discount, based on Packages purchased for the current paid period.
White-label
An option to run 7stamp under your own brand and your own domains, applied to the account.
White Label Partner
A business that has enabled White-label and provides 7stamp under its own brand.
Managed Business
A second-level business served by a White Label Partner under the partner's brand and billed via Access Codes.
On-Premise Deployment
Running 7stamp on the client's own servers with full data ownership; for large clients and networks; individual terms on request.
Card Operation
One stamp transaction or one voucher action (issue or redeem); the unit 7stamp counts plan limits in.
Email
One marketing or broadcast email delivered to a customer through 7stamp; the message unit counted in plan limits.
