- Zero Level Integration
- 7stamp’s term for a लॉयल्टी सेटअप that runs without custom POS development, without a separate ग्राहक ऐप, and without creating a new स्टाफ role.
- स्टाफ स्कैनर
- A स्टाफ-assisted वर्कफ़्लो where an employee scans the ग्राहक’s वॉलेट कार्ड from a phone or tablet and adds the स्टैम्प during service.
- Self-Service कियोस्क
- A ग्राहक-facing tablet or browser वर्कफ़्लो where the ग्राहक scans their own वॉलेट कार्ड, sees progress, and interacts with लॉयल्टी with minimal स्टाफ help.
- ऑटोपायलट Mode
- A high-speed counter वर्कफ़्लो where an external scanner triggers the स्टैम्प in the background so the queue keeps moving.
- Smart Voucher
- A डिजिटल रिवॉर्ड object that appears after a ग्राहक reaches a goal and can be self-redeemed, स्टाफ-verified, or handed off to checkout.
- Redeem Code
- A text code, QR code, or barcode shown inside a 7stamp रिवॉर्ड so स्टाफ or the POS can apply the रिवॉर्ड at redemption time.
