These are the core product terms 7stamp uses consistently across FAQ, 定价, 工作流 pages, and 支持 conversations.
- Zero Level Integration
- 7stamp’s term for a 忠诚度 设置 that runs without custom POS development, without a separate 客户 App, and without creating a new 员工 role.
- 员工 员工 扫描ner
- A 员工-assisted 工作流 where an employee scans the 客户’s 钱包 卡 from a phone or tablet and adds the 印章 during service.
- Self-Service Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk
- A 客户-facing tablet or browser 工作流 where the 客户 scans their own 钱包 卡, sees progress, and interacts with 忠诚度 with minimal 员工 help.
- Autopilot Mode
- A high-speed counter 工作流 where an external scanner triggers the 印章 in the background so the queue keeps moving.
- Smart Voucher
- A 数字 奖励 object that appears after a 客户 reaches a goal and can be self-redeemed, 员工-verified, or handed off to checkout.
- Redeem Code
- A text code, QR code, or barcode shown inside a 7stamp 奖励 so 员工 or the POS can apply the 奖励 at redemption time.
