- Zero Level Integration
- 7stamp’s term for a ロイヤルティ 設定 that runs without custom POS development, without a separate 顧客 App, and without creating a new スタッフ role.
- スタッフ スタッフ スキャンner
- A スタッフ-assisted ワークフロー where an employee scans the 顧客’s Wallet カード from a phone or tablet and adds the Stamp during service.
- Self-Service Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk
- A 顧客-facing tablet or browser ワークフロー where the 顧客 scans their own Wallet カード, sees progress, and interacts with ロイヤルティ with minimal スタッフ help.
- Autopilot Mode Mode Mode
- A high-speed counter ワークフロー where an external scanner triggers the Stamp in the background so the queue keeps moving.
- Smart Voucher
- A デジタル 特典 object that appears after a 顧客 reaches a goal and can be self-redeemed, スタッフ-verified, or handed off to checkout.
- Redeem Code
- A text code, QR code, or barcode shown inside a 7stamp 特典 so スタッフ or the POS can apply the 特典 at redemption time.
