Staff Scanner is a staff-assisted workflow. Your employee scans the customer’s wallet card from a phone or tablet, adds a stamp, and sees reward alerts when a gift should be given.

Self-Service Kiosk is a customer-facing tablet workflow. Customers scan their own card, see stamp progress, and can receive or redeem rewards with minimal staff involvement.

Autopilot Mode is a high-speed workflow for busy counters. Customers scan their card with an external scanner, and 7stamp adds the stamp in the background so the queue keeps moving.

7stamp supports simple stamp rewards, Smart Vouchers, Redeem Codes, and Lottery Rewards.

A Smart Voucher is a digital reward issued when a customer reaches a goal. It can be self-redeemed by the customer, scanned by staff, or connected to checkout with a Redeem Code.

A Redeem Code is a text code, QR code, or barcode shown inside a 7stamp voucher. Staff can enter or scan it in the POS to apply the reward.

The customer’s phone is read by the same NFC hardware, the unique 7stamp ID is recognised by the machine, and balance plus stamp progress appear immediately. No physical card has to be issued, stocked, or replaced.

Yes. 7stamp wallet passes support Apple VAS and Google Smart Tap — the same protocols used by Apple Pay and Google Pay. Customers bring a locked iPhone or Android near a compatible reader and the 7stamp card is identified automatically, without opening any app or QR scanner.

Yes. Customers can top up online or at the terminal, and every transaction can issue stamps automatically. On the next visit, one tap shows remaining funds and current loyalty progress on the same wallet pass.

In most cases, no. If your machine already reads contactless cards using Apple VAS / Google Smart Tap compatible NFC readers, 7stamp can be integrated as a digital identifier without new hardware. 7stamp also runs in Zero Level Integration mode for setups that start with QR-only and add NFC later.

Plastic cards do not provide customer data. A 7stamp digital ID identifies the same customer across visits, lets operators track visit frequency, balance, and average spend, and opens a direct channel for push notifications about promos, balance reminders, or happy hours.

Yes. 7stamp can support wallet notifications, push-style messages, email campaigns, geo-fenced reminders, birthday rewards, and win-back rules.

Geo-fenced reminders can show a relevant wallet reminder when a customer is near your location. Availability depends on customer device settings and wallet permissions.

This is iOS behavior, not a 7stamp setting. When a wallet card has a geo-fence attached, iOS shows it on the lock screen as a relevant pass suggestion — a system UI element, not a regular notification. That is why it cannot be swiped away: it disappears automatically when the customer leaves the area. Stamp notifications work differently — they arrive through the standard wallet push channel and can be dismissed normally. A customer who wants to turn the lock-screen suggestion off for a specific card can do it themselves: open Apple Wallet, tap the card, tap the ⋯ icon, and switch off Suggest on Lock Screen. The Allow Notifications toggle should stay on — that is the one that controls stamp push notifications. There is no wallet pass attribute that makes the geo-relevance suggestion dismissible — Apple controls that UI directly.
