That is why it cannot be swiped away: it disappears automatically when the customer leaves the area. Stamp notifications work differently — they arrive through the standard wallet push channel and can be dismissed normally. A customer who wants to turn the lock-screen suggestion off for a specific card can do it themselves: open Apple Wallet, tap the card, tap the ⋯ icon, and switch off Suggest on Lock Screen. The Allow Notifications toggle should stay on — that is the one that controls stamp push notifications. There is no wallet pass attribute that makes the geo-relevance suggestion dismissible — Apple controls that UI directly.
