Table QR and stickers
A permanent QR configured per staff login — on the table, the counter, the reception desk, or a staff badge. Printed once and left standing.
Add-on
Customer Feedback is a 7stamp add-on that collects customer feedback across every channel — a QR on the table, the receipt (Receipt QR), a payment terminal, the Self-Service Kiosk, and a chat-bot — all opening one Customer Feedback page. There is nothing for the customer to install and nothing new for your staff to learn.
On that page the customer can send you a private message — text, photo, or video — and also sees the option to leave a public review. The same options are shown to every customer, whatever they rated. You read everything in one place, with each submission tied to the location it came from.
Key facts
The customer finishes — pays on the terminal, takes the receipt, or scans a QR on the table, the kiosk, or a badge.
One scan or one tap opens the Customer Feedback page. No app to install, no account to create.
The customer sends you a private message — text, photo, or video — and also sees the option to leave a public review. Both are shown to everyone, whatever they rated.
You get the submission by email instantly, attributed to the location, alongside the rest of your feedback.
There is no channel-specific behaviour: what the Customer Feedback page offers, it offers the same way everywhere.

7stamp's own QR printed on the receipt. The link carries the till, location, shift, and time, so the feedback lands with full context.
Right after the payment, the Customer Feedback page opens on the terminal through the existing 7stamp Scanner app — one APK, not a second app on the device.
A mode of the 7stamp Scanner on your own tablet: alongside self-scanning, or as a dedicated feedback station — a tablet on the table, no card and no stamp.
A permanent menu button and an automatic prompt after an operation both open the same Customer Feedback page, and give you a direct, verified contact.
7stamp's own QR on a delivery insert, or a link by email, SMS or messenger — the same page, wherever the customer meets it.
Every submission is attributed to a location, taken from the staff login it came through. In the chat-bot, where there is no staff login, the customer selects the location before sending. There is no such thing as an unattributed submission.
A customer with both a stamp card and Customer Feedback still gets one email per submission and reads everything in one place — two products never mean two inboxes. And a business picks one rating scale — Stars, Faces, or Numbers — which every channel then shows, so analytics stay comparable across locations and channels.
No screen, button, or route depends on the rating a customer gives. Someone who rates you top marks and someone who rates you the lowest see exactly the same options, including the public review button.
This is the foundation of the product, and it is what keeps it aligned with the review platforms' own rules — the public review option is offered to every customer equally. The public review is a real choice the customer makes: 7stamp never writes, edits, hides, or filters a review.
The private channel simply gives people a direct, useful way to reach you. A customer who has a working private line to the business tends to tell you first — which is a result of convenience, not of filtering.
High-traffic counters get a one-tap direct line to the business and a fair, compliant invitation to the public review — with the customer's contact captured in the bot.
One brand, one Customer Feedback page, and central analytics while each location is administered separately. Under White-label the page runs on your own domain.
Feedback collection runs on the existing terminal estate through the same Scanner app — a value-added service on top of payment acceptance, available under White-label.

No. The Customer Feedback page opens from a QR code or a link. There is nothing to install and no account to create. On a payment terminal it runs inside the existing 7stamp Scanner app — one APK, not a second app.
Three, and a business picks one for every channel: Stars (five stars), Faces (five faces, fastest to tap on a terminal), or Numbers (1 to 10, for NPS-style reporting). The same scale is shown everywhere, so the numbers stay comparable.
No. No screen, button, or route depends on the rating. A high rating and a low rating see the same options, including the public review button. Showing the same options to everyone is what keeps the flow aligned with the review platforms' rules.
No. Turning on the Customer Feedback add-on is the first of two steps: you also switch on Collecting feedback in the profile, which is off by default. Terminals, the web card and the bot ask for a rating only while Collecting feedback is on.
Customer Feedback is a paid add-on on your existing 7stamp account, priced per staff login (counted by active Staff Logins) and available on an active paid plan. You do not create a second account for it. See the pricing page for the current price in your currency.
