What is White-label?

White-label lets a business run 7stamp under its own brand and domains. It applies to the account, not to a single Package. A business that enables White-label becomes a White Label Partner and can provide 7stamp loyalty under its own name to its own locations or to other businesses it serves.

Who White-label is for

01

Marketing agencies, integrators, and consultants

Deliver loyalty under your own name and resell it as a managed service. Combined with Access Codes, White-label becomes a complete commercial model.

02

Franchises and chains

Run one loyalty program across every location under one corporate brand, with the customer card page, Scanner, and admin panel staying inside your brand umbrella.

See the franchise rollout model
03

Single businesses that want a fully branded experience

Present loyalty as your own product from the customer card page to the emails, while keeping 7stamp hidden from the end customer.

What's included in White-label

01

Your own domains for the three apps

Run the admin panel, the customer card page, and the web Scanner on your own domains such as admin.yourbrand.com, my.yourbrand.com, and scanner.yourbrand.com.

02

Your branding across all apps

Your logos and visual identity appear everywhere customers and businesses interact with the product.

03

Your own legal texts

Your White-label Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other agreements are shown to end customers and to every business registering in the admin panel.

04

Branded email

Every email can go out under your own brand through Own Channel / Branded Emails. Use Branded emails when you want 7stamp to handle delivery from your verified domain, or connect Your own SMTP server when you already have an SMTP provider. SMTP sends are unlimited and never counted.

05

Hidden 7stamp billing for Managed Businesses

Standard 7stamp pricing is removed for the businesses you serve. You control each Managed Business subscription by assigning Access Codes and billing them your own way.

06

Your support contact in the admin panel

Your contact details are shown for support, and as the White Label Partner you support your Managed Businesses.

07

Your brand on all print materials

Every sticker and Delivery Insert you upload or print - including the loyalty join sticker - carries your logo and name, never 7stamp's.

White-label FAQ

What is White-label in 7stamp?

White-label lets a business run 7stamp under its own brand and domains. The admin panel, customer card page, and Scanner all show your name, logo, legal texts, and emails. Your customers, and the businesses you serve, never see 7stamp.

Who is White-label for?

Two groups: agencies, integrators, and consultants who resell loyalty under their own name; and franchises, chains, and FMCG brands that run every location under one corporate brand.

Do I need to pay to use White-label?

Yes. White-label is a paid capability - either the White-label Add-on on a paid plan, from $59/month, or a White-label Access Code from the partner store. It is not available on the Free plan.

Why does White-label show 'To enable this feature, contact us about payment'?

It means White-label is not active yet - but you enable it yourself. A direct business switches to a paid plan and adds the White-label Add-on in Billing & invoices. A partner buys a White-label Access Code in the partner store at their partner discount. Once paid, the section unlocks.

I set everything up but my brand is not showing. Why?

Check the status. White-label goes live only when the status is Enabled and you have pressed Save changes. If it still reads Disabled, switch it on and save.

What domains do I get with White-label?

You get three branded subdomains: admin.[yourdomain] for the admin panel, my.[yourdomain] for the customer card page, and scanner.[yourdomain] for the Scanner. Your root domain and www stay yours for your own website.

How does White-label send email from my own address?

White-label uses Own Channel / Branded Emails. With Branded emails, you verify your domain with SPF/DKIM records and 7stamp handles delivery from your address. With Your own SMTP server, you connect the SMTP provider you already use, and those sends are unlimited and never counted.

Can I enter my own SMTP server for White-label email?

Yes. Your own SMTP server is one of the sending methods inside Own Channel / Branded Emails. It is useful for franchises, agencies, and branded operators that already have an email provider and want those sends to be unlimited and never counted.

Can each franchise or client run under its own brand, not just mine?

Yes. That is two-layer, or nested, White-label. You assign a White-label Access Code to a Managed Business and it becomes a fully branded layer beneath you, with its own domains, branding, and emails.

How do I bill clients under White-label?

You bill clients however you like and renew them with Access Codes. No integration with a recurring-payment provider is required.

What legal texts does White-label require?

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are required. Refund Policy is optional. 7stamp provides templates as examples only, and you should review them with your lawyers before publishing.

How do I set up White-label?

Follow the step-by-step guide. Complete the five required steps - Branding, Domain and DNS, Email sender, Policies, and Support contact - then switch the status to Enabled.
