Guide

A step-by-step guide to launching 7stamp White-label with your own domains, branding, Own Channel / Branded Emails, policies, and support contact.

White-label - run 7stamp under your own brand and domains

Set up White-label so your clients see your brand, your domains, and your emails - never 7stamp. This guide covers who White-label is for, what to check before you start, and how to configure the domain, branding, Own Channel / Branded Emails, policies, support contact, and two-layer White-label.

Quick read

White-label turns 7stamp into your own product. You confirm White-label is active on your account, complete a short setup checklist, then switch the status to Enabled and save. After that, your Admin panel, customer card page, and Scanner all run on your own domains, under your own brand.

Before you start - two things to check

White-label has two gates that catch most people. Check both first.

1. White-label must be active and paid - and you enable it yourself.

A direct business switches to a paid plan and adds the White-label Add-on in Billing & invoices. A partner buys a White-label Access Code in the partner store. Until White-label is paid, the section stays locked.

White-label also requires Own Channel / Branded Emails so the branded account has Branded emails or Your own SMTP server available.

2. Watch the status: Enabled or Disabled.

Configuring the fields is not enough. Your branded experience goes live only when the White Label enabled toggle is on and you press Save changes. If your domains are not showing your brand, check whether the status is Enabled.

Who White-label is for

White-label is built for two kinds of businesses that serve other businesses under their own name.

Franchises, chains, and FMCG brands

Run loyalty across every location under one corporate brand. A franchise can let independent owners deliver the loyalty program under the franchise’s name, so customers see one consistent brand everywhere - not 7stamp. See Franchises & Chains.

Agencies, integrators, and resellers

Sell 7stamp as your own service. You set your own pricing, bill clients however you like, and renew them with Access Codes - no integration with a recurring-payment provider is required. You issue and renew Packages with codes and keep the margin. See Agencies & Implementers.

In both cases the end client - the Managed Business - works entirely inside your brand and never sees standard 7stamp pricing.

The launch checklist

The White-label section opens with a guided checklist of 5 required steps and 4 optional items.

  • Required: Branding, Domain and DNS, Email sender, Policies, Support contact.
  • Optional: Logo, Favicon, Refund Policy, Company address.

When all required steps are complete, switch the status to Enabled and press Save changes.

Domain and DNS - the foundation

Enter your root domain in the panel. 7stamp then shows the exact DNS records to add at the provider that manages that domain.

All A records point to the same IP: 141.95.0.95. Add the root domain A record first, then the records for admin, scanner, my, and send.

In daily use you work with three branded addresses:

  • admin.[yourdomain] - your branded Admin panel.
  • my.[yourdomain] - your branded customer card page.
  • scanner.[yourdomain] - your branded Scanner web app.

The send record is a technical entry for outgoing email and return-path handling. It is not an address you use day to day.

Your main domain stays yours. 7stamp does not use the root domain or www, so you can keep your own marketing website there.

Branding

These details appear on your branded public pages.

  • Brand name - required. Your public product or company name shown to clients.
  • Logo - optional. Used in branded headers and generated print materials such as stickers and Delivery Inserts.
  • Favicon - optional. Shown in browser tabs and bookmarks. It must be an .ico file.

Email sender - send from your own address

White-label uses the Own Channel / Branded Emails layer for outgoing email. You choose how messages go out under your brand:

  • Branded emails - send from your verified domain while 7stamp handles delivery. Add the SPF/DKIM records and the send return path shown in the panel. Branded emails count toward the plan’s Emails limit.
  • Your own SMTP server - connect the SMTP provider you already use, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, or Mailgun. Sends through your own SMTP server are unlimited and never counted.

Under White-label, Managed Businesses inherit the parent brand’s email configuration by default.

Branded emails or Your own SMTP server?

Choose Branded emails when you want 7stamp to handle delivery for you and you only want to verify the domain with DNS records. Choose Your own SMTP server when your agency, franchise, or brand already has an email provider and wants marketing email to be unlimited and never counted against the plan’s Emails limit.

The Email sender step unlocks only after Domain and DNS is complete and verified.

Support contact and company address

  • Support contact - required. Shown in the support widget to businesses using your White-label domain. Under White-label, you are responsible for supporting your Managed Businesses.
  • Company address - optional. Shown in the footer of emails sent from your White-label brand.

HTML, links, and email addresses are supported in both fields.

Policies

To launch White-label you must publish your legal texts.

  • Terms of Use - required.
  • Privacy Policy - required.
  • Refund Policy - optional.

7stamp provides editable templates as examples only and takes no responsibility for their contents. Review and adapt them with your own lawyers before publishing.

These pages are shown on:

  • the business registration page: Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and optionally Refund Policy;
  • the customer rewards card page: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Policies can be set only after your White-label domain is saved.

Two-layer, or nested, White-label

White-label can be enabled at any level, including on a Managed Business. This lets you give one of your Managed Businesses its own full White-label, so that business runs under its own brand and domains and serves its own businesses underneath.

How it works:

  1. Buy a dedicated White-label Access Code.
  2. Assign it to a Managed Business.
  3. That business becomes a White-label partner in its own right, with its own domains, branding, legal texts, emails, and support contact.

Typical structure:

Agency -> Franchise -> the franchise’s own businesses

How White-label is paid

  • White-label Add-on on a paid plan: $59/month or $590/year (EUR 49 / EUR 490; UAH 2,000 / UAH 20,000), activated in Billing & invoices, or
  • White-label Access Code in the partner store.

White-label requires Own Channel / Branded Emails for the branded email layer. That add-on unlocks Branded emails and Your own SMTP server.

Your partner-level discount applies to future White-label Access Code purchases once your level is active.

White-label is not available on the Free plan.

See Pricing and the White-label overview for current details.

Turning White-label on

  1. Confirm White-label is active and the section is unlocked.
  2. Complete the 5 required steps: Branding, Domain and DNS, Email sender, Policies, Support contact.
  3. Switch the White Label enabled toggle on.
  4. Press Save changes.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to pay for White-label?

Yes. White-label is a paid capability - either the White-label Add-on on a paid plan, or a White-label Access Code from the partner store. It is not available on the Free plan.

Why does White-label show "To enable this feature, contact us about payment"?

It means White-label is not active on your account yet - but you can enable it yourself. A direct business switches to a paid plan and adds the White-label Add-on in Billing & invoices. A partner buys a White-label Access Code in the partner store. Once it is paid, the section unlocks.

I filled everything in, but my domains still show no brand. Why?

Check the status. Completing the fields is not enough - your branded experience goes live only when the White Label enabled toggle is on and you have pressed Save changes. If the badge still reads Disabled, switch it to Enabled and save.

Which domains do I get, and do I lose my main website?

You get three branded subdomains - admin.[yourdomain], my.[yourdomain], and scanner.[yourdomain]. Your root domain and www stay yours, so you can keep your marketing site there.

How does sending email from my own address work?

White-label uses Own Channel / Branded Emails. With Branded emails, you verify your domain with SPF/DKIM records and 7stamp handles delivery from your address. With Your own SMTP server, you connect the SMTP provider you already use; those sends are unlimited and never counted.

Can I enter my own SMTP server?

Yes. Your own SMTP server is one of the methods inside Own Channel / Branded Emails. It is useful when a franchise, agency, or branded operator already has an email provider and wants unlimited sends that are never counted against the Emails limit.

Can my franchise or client get its own brand under mine?

Yes. That is two-layer, or nested, White-label. You assign a White-label Access Code to a Managed Business and it becomes a branded layer beneath you with its own domains, branding, emails, and support contact.

Which policies are required?

Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are required. Refund Policy is optional. 7stamp provides templates as examples only, and you should review them with your lawyers before publishing.

Who supports my clients under White-label?

You do. Because clients only see your brand, your support contact is shown in the support widget so they can reach you directly.

How do I turn White-label on?

Confirm White-label is active, complete the five required steps, switch the White Label enabled toggle on, and press Save changes.
