Yes. If you have a 7stamp Access Code from a partner or a launch deal, you can activate it in the Billing & invoices section and pay with it instead of a card. A 7stamp Access Code is always used before your plan, and its monthly limits refresh on the 1st of each month.
No. A 7stamp Access Code refreshes its monthly limits on the 1st of each month, and unused limits do not accumulate. A launch-deal 7stamp Access Code renews the same monthly Package allowance while 7stamp operates.
No. It takes priority over your base tariff plan but does not cancel it. The code's resources are used first, and your plan covers usage beyond the code's monthly package limits.

Yes. With the Own Channel / Branded Emails add-on you can connect your own SMTP server from any provider (for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, Postmark, SendGrid, or Mailgun). You enter the SMTP host, port, encryption, username, password, From name, From email, and an optional Reply-to address, then send a test email to activate. Email sent through your own SMTP server is unlimited and never counted against your plan's Emails limit.
