Is 7stamp free?
Yes. 7stamp has a Free Forever plan with up to 100 stamps per month. It is designed for testing, small loyalty programs, and first-time digital stamp card launches. Paid plans are available when you need more usage or a daily operating setup.

Does 7stamp require a POS integration?
No. 7stamp can work without a POS integration through staff scanning, kiosk mode, Autopilot Mode, receipt QR codes, delivery QR codes, or Redeem Codes. Supported POS and API workflows can be added later when a business wants deeper automation.

Why does the geo-reminder stay on the iPhone lock screen?
This is iOS behavior, not a 7stamp setting. When a wallet card has a geo-fence attached, iOS shows it on the lock screen as a relevant pass suggestion, which is a system UI element rather than a regular notification. That is why it cannot be swiped away: it disappears automatically when the customer leaves the area. Stamp notifications work differently — they arrive through the standard wallet push channel and can be dismissed normally. A customer who wants to turn the lock-screen suggestion off for a specific card can do it themselves by opening Apple Wallet, tapping the card, tapping the ⋯ icon, and switching off Suggest on Lock Screen. The Allow Notifications toggle should stay on, because that is the setting that controls stamp push notifications. There is no wallet pass attribute that makes the geo-relevance suggestion dismissible — Apple controls that UI directly.
Can I use multiple locations?
Yes. You can manage multiple locations and pay for each separately, which makes it easier to start with one location and expand later.

Can 7stamp replace Mifare or RFID plastic cards at self-service machines?
Yes. The 7stamp wallet pass can act as the primary customer identifier instead of a Mifare or RFID card. The customer's phone is read by compatible NFC hardware, the unique 7stamp ID is recognized by the machine, and balance plus stamp progress can appear immediately. No physical card has to be issued, stocked, or replaced.
