De Billing & invoices-sectie in het zijmenu toont het huidige plan, gebruik van limieten en invoice history.
Pricing plans
- Card scanner (free) — het “forever free” plan. Bevat:
- 100 Card Operations per maand.
- 1 Staff Seat — één staff login.
- Apple Wallet + Google Wallet pass.
- Toegang tot alle Reward types.
- Basic Campaigns.
- Support via email/messengers.
- Monthly — €29 / month per location.
- Annual — €290 / year per location.
- Custom / Enterprise — op aanvraag voor chains, custom POS integrations en multi-location.

Activation Codes section
Als je een partner code activeerde, verschijnt bovenaan een Code #N — Claimed block met progress bars:
- Staff Seat —
0 / 36. - Card Operations —
0 / 18.
Eén Activation Code kan elke service bundle bevatten; de partner bepaalt wat erin zit.
Your Tariff Plan section
- Header: Your Tariff Plan + EDIT TARIFF PLAN.
- Current plan card met name, Billing date en Created.
- Manage subscription / Invoices link.
Available Services section
Limit usage per service:
- Card Operations —
Used: 9 / 100 included per month. - Staff Seat —
1 staff seat included.
Activation Codes — partner scheme
Een Activation Code is een code van een 7stamp partner die een bundle van services activeert (Staff Seats + Card Operations).
Ben je:
- Een business — vraag je partner om een Activation Code.
- Een partner (agency, consultant, POS vendor) — vraag enrollment in het partner program aan bij 7stamp support.
Special partner terms zijn beschikbaar voor marketing agencies, loyalty consultants, restaurant consultants en POS partners.
Referral Program
Elke account kan een persoonlijke referral link en reward krijgen voor referred businesses. Op verzoek via support.
Plan choice tip. Begin met Free. 100 Card Operations per maand is ongeveer genoeg voor 25–30 actieve regulars in een kleine coffee shop. Als dat niet genoeg is, upgrade naar Monthly. Als 7stamp blijft, kies Annual.
