17. 請求 & invoices — plans and 支払い

The 請求 & invoices セクション in the side menu shows the current plan, usage of limits, and invoice history.

料金 plans

• カード scanner (free) — the “forever free” plan. Includes:
• 100 カード 運用 per month (one カード Operation = one transaction with a Stamp or a voucher).
• 1 スタッフ Seat — one スタッフ login.
• Apple Wallet + Google Wallet pass.
• Access to all 特典の種類 (Award, Voucher, Lottery).
• Basic キャンペーン.
• サポート by email/messengers.
• 月額 — €29 / 月 per location (login). Includes a significantly larger カード 運用 limit and access to advanced ワークフロー.
• 年額 — €290 / 年 per location (login). Two months saved vs 月額.
• Custom / Enterprise — by request for chains, custom POS integrations, multi-location.

What’s shown on the page

Activation Codes セクション

If you activated a partner code, a Code #N — Claimed block appears at the top with progress bars:

• スタッフ Seat — 0 / 36 (used out of available under the code).
• カード 運用 — 0 / 18 (used out of available under the code).

One Activation Code can contain any service bundle — the partner decides what’s in it.

Your Tariff Plan セクション

• Header: Your Tariff Plan + the EDIT TARIFF PLAN button (change the plan).
• Current plan カード: name (カード scanner (free)), 請求 date (when the 次 charge happens), Created (when the plan was activated).
• The 管理 subscription / Invoices link — 管理 the subscription and view invoice history.

Available Services セクション

Limit usage per service:

• カード 運用 — Used: 9 / 100 included per month. Progress bar.
• スタッフ Seat — 1 スタッフ seat included. How many are taken.

Activation Codes — partner scheme

An Activation Code is a code from a 7stamp partner (agency, consultant, POS partner) that activates a defined bundle of services (スタッフ Seats + カード 運用). The partner gets a wholesale discount and distributes services across their clients.

If you are:

• A ビジネス — ask your partner for an Activation Code, enter it in the admin (via EDIT TARIFF PLAN or a dedicated field).
• A partner (agency, consultant, POS vendor) — request enrollment in the partner program from 7stamp サポート. One Activation Code can hold any service bundle, and the partner decides what’s in it and how to distribute it across ビジネス clients.

Special partner terms are also available for marketing agencies, ロイヤルティ consultants, restaurant consultants, and POS partners. Terms are discussed individually via サポート.

Referral Program

Every account can get a personal referral link and a 特典 for referred businesses. Connected on request via サポート.

Plan choice tip. 始める with Free. 100 カード 運用 per month is roughly 25–30 active regulars at a small coffee shop. If that’s not enough (a good sign — it means the program works), upgrade to 月額. If you’re confident 7stamp is here to stay, go 年額 — that’s two free months.
