16. Overview — analytics ダッシュボード

Overview is the main page of the admin, the 最初 thing you see after login. A four-セクション ダッシュボード.
16.1 ベース & Activity Efficiency
ベース activity for the chosen period. Switch in the upper right: Day / Week / Month (default Month), arrows ← → to navigate periods.
Four カード:
- Total カード — total 顧客 ベース (顧客 ベース size).
- New カード — new registrations in the period (New registrations).
- Total Stamp transactions — processed Stamp transactions.
- Birthday gifts — Birthday engagement (issued birthday gifts).
Each カード has a previous-period comparison (前へ period: — if there’s no data).
16.2 Who is close to the 特典?
A histogram of 顧客 distribution by collected Stamp. The X axis is the Stamp count (0, 1, 2, …, Max), the Y axis is the number of 顧客 at that level.
The hint below: “if many users have 7 of 8 Stamp, you can send a リマインダー.” — this is the tool for finding hot segments: 顧客 who need 1–2 more Stamp are most likely to 再来店 if reminded.
16.3 特典: Gifts vs Coupons
A split by issued 特典 type (Breakdown by 特典 type configured in the カード):
- シンプル gifts (Informational) — count of issued Awards (instant gifts that don’t require redemption).
- バウチャー / Coupons (Redeemable) — count of issued バウチャー. Of which:
- Issued — issued.
- Redeemed (Burned) — redeemed by スタッフ via the scanner.
- Redemption rate —
Redeemed / Issued × 100%. The main ROI metric — it shows how many 顧客 actually returned and used the gift.
The hint below: “if Issued is high but Redemption rate is low, consider improving リマインダー messaging or the 特典 attractiveness.” — if you issue many but redeem few, the problem is either in the reminders or in the attractiveness of the gift.
16.4 Location analytics (スタッフ)
スタッフ / location performance comparison. At the top — Total scanners and Total new カード counters.
For each スタッフ:
- Name +
#ID. - New カード — how many new 顧客 this スタッフ brought in the period.
- Processed Stamp transactions — how many Stamp were added.
- バウチャー redeemed — how many バウチャー were redeemed.
At the bottom — TOTAL across all スタッフ.
Hint: “comparison helps 理解する where スタッフ actively offers the カード and where they underperform.”
This block is a critical management tool. If Showroom1 has 45 Stamp in a month and HOT CUP has 0, that’s a signal: either the スタッフ isn’t offering the カード to 顧客, or they have a technical scanner problem. Worth folding into shift KPIs.
