16. Overview — analytics डैशबोर्ड

Overview is the main page of the admin, the पहला thing you see after login. A four-अनुभाग डैशबोर्ड.
16.1 आधार & Activity Efficiency
आधार activity for the chosen period. Switch in the upper right: Day / Week / Month (default Month), arrows ← → to navigate periods.
Four कार्ड्स:
- Total कार्ड्स — total ग्राहक आधार (ग्राहक आधार size).
- New कार्ड्स — new registrations in the period (New registrations).
- Total स्टैम्प transactions — processed स्टैम्प transactions.
- Birthday gifts — Birthday engagement (issued birthday gifts).
Each कार्ड has a previous-period comparison (पिछला period: — if there’s no data).
16.2 Who is close to the रिवॉर्ड?
A histogram of ग्राहक distribution by collected स्टैम्प्स. The X axis is the स्टैम्प count (0, 1, 2, …, Max), the Y axis is the number of ग्राहक at that level.
The hint below: “if many users have 7 of 8 स्टैम्प्स, you can send a रिमाइंडर.” — this is the tool for finding hot segments: ग्राहक who need 1–2 more स्टैम्प्स are most likely to वापसी if reminded.
16.3 रिवॉर्ड्स: Gifts vs Coupons
A split by issued रिवॉर्ड type (Breakdown by रिवॉर्ड type configured in the कार्ड):
- सरल gifts (Informational) — count of issued Awards (instant gifts that don’t require redemption).
- वाउचर / Coupons (Redeemable) — count of issued वाउचर. Of which:
- Issued — issued.
- Redeemed (Burned) — redeemed by स्टाफ via the scanner.
- Redemption rate —
Redeemed / Issued × 100%. The main ROI metric — it shows how many ग्राहक actually returned and used the gift.
The hint below: “if Issued is high but Redemption rate is low, consider improving रिमाइंडर messaging or the रिवॉर्ड attractiveness.” — if you issue many but redeem few, the problem is either in the reminders or in the attractiveness of the gift.
16.4 Location analytics (स्टाफ)
स्टाफ / location performance comparison. At the top — Total scanners and Total new कार्ड्स counters.
For each स्टाफ:
- Name +
#ID. - New कार्ड्स — how many new ग्राहक this स्टाफ brought in the period.
- Processed स्टैम्प transactions — how many स्टैम्प्स were added.
- वाउचर redeemed — how many वाउचर were redeemed.
At the bottom — TOTAL across all स्टाफ.
Hint: “comparison helps समझें where स्टाफ actively offers the कार्ड and where they underperform.”
This block is a critical management tool. If Showroom1 has 45 स्टैम्प्स in a month and HOT CUP has 0, that’s a signal: either the स्टाफ isn’t offering the कार्ड to ग्राहक, or they have a technical scanner problem. Worth folding into shift KPIs.
