16. Overview — dashibodi ya analytics

Overview ni ukurasa mkuu wa admin, kitu cha kwanza unachokiona baada ya login. Ni dashibodi yenye sehemu nne.
16.1 Base & Activity Efficiency
Shughuli za msingi kwa period iliyochaguliwa. Switch juu kulia: Day / Week / Month (default Month), arrows ← → za kuhamia periods.
Cards nne:
- Total cards — ukubwa wote wa customer base (Customer base size).
- New cards — registrations mpya ndani ya period (New registrations).
- Total stamp transactions — stamp transactions zilizochakatwa.
- Birthday gifts — Birthday engagement (Birthday gifts zilizotolewa).
Kila Card ina comparison ya previous period (Previous period: — ikiwa hakuna data).
16.2 Nani yuko karibu na Reward?
Histogram ya usambazaji wa wateja kulingana na Stamp walizokusanya. X axis ni idadi ya Stamp (0, 1, 2, …, Max), Y axis ni idadi ya wateja kwenye level hiyo.
Hint iliyo chini: “if many users have 7 of 8 stamps, you can send a reminder.” Hii ndiyo zana ya kutambua hot segments: wateja wanaohitaji Stamp 1–2 zaidi ndio wana uwezekano mkubwa zaidi wa kurudi wakikumbushwa.
16.3 Rewards: Gifts vs Coupons
Mgawanyo kwa Reward type zilizotolewa (Breakdown by reward type configured in the card):
- Simple gifts (Informational) — idadi ya Awards zilizotolewa (zawadi za papo hapo ambazo hazihitaji redemption).
- Vouchers / Coupons (Redeemable) — idadi ya vouchers zilizotolewa. Ambazo ni:
- Issued — zilizotolewa.
- Redeemed (Burned) — zilizoredeemed na staff kupitia scanner.
- Redemption rate —
Redeemed / Issued × 100%. Hiki ndicho kipimo kikuu cha ROI — kinaonyesha ni wateja wangapi walirudi na kutumia zawadi.
Hint iliyo chini: “if Issued is high but Redemption rate is low, consider improving reminder messaging or the reward attractiveness.” Ukitoa nyingi lakini chache ziredeemed, tatizo huenda liko kwenye reminders au kwenye kuvutia kwa zawadi.
16.4 Location analytics (Staff)
Ulinganisho wa utendaji wa staff / location. Juu kuna counters za Total scanners na Total new cards.
Kwa kila Staff:
- Name +
#ID. - New cards — ni wateja wangapi wapya staff huyu ameleta kwenye period.
- Processed stamp transactions — ni Stamp ngapi zimeongezwa.
- Vouchers redeemed — ni vouchers ngapi zimeredeemed.
Chini — TOTAL kwa staff wote.
Hint: “comparison helps understand where staff actively offers the card and where they underperform.”
Block hii ni zana muhimu ya usimamizi. Ikiwa Showroom1 ina Stamp 45 kwa mwezi na HOT CUP ina 0, hiyo ni ishara: huenda staff haiwapi wateja Card, au kuna tatizo la kiufundi kwenye scanner yao. Inafaa kuingizwa kwenye shift KPIs.
