10. Issued user कार्ड्स — ग्राहक with issued कार्ड्स

The Issued user कार्ड्स अनुभाग in the side menu is the list of all ग्राहक who hold at least one कार्ड of your व्यवसाय. The page header inside is User स्टैम्प कार्ड्स.

List columns

• ID — the ग्राहक कार्ड number (e.g., 113772).
• User — the ग्राहक name (as they entered at registration).
• Progress — current स्टैम्प progress (e.g., 2/8, 8/8).
• Platform — icons on the right show where the ग्राहक keeps the कार्ड:
• 🌐 — web version (no वॉलेट सहेजें).
• 🍎 — Apple वॉलेट.
• G — Google वॉलेट.
• Arrow → — खोलें कार्ड details.

Top right: the filter icon and the खोज… field (खोज by name, ID, email).

ग्राहक कार्ड details

Clicking a row opens the DETAILED CARD side panel:

• #ID - ग्राहक Name in the header + the DELETE button (delete the ग्राहक कार्ड).
• A Current रिवॉर्ड / step image — the current or अगला gift.
• User कार्ड number — the ग्राहक कार्ड number (with copy and खोलें buttons).
• स्टैम्प कार्ड ID — the template ID + version (v2, v10…).
• Issued for — on which platform the कार्ड is saved (Apple, WEB, Google). One ग्राहक can सहेजें the कार्ड in several Wallets.
• Created at — कार्ड creation date.
• Last स्टैम्प at — date of the last स्टैम्प.
• Progress — progress bar (e.g., 8 / 8 • 100%).

Actions

• VIEW HISTORY — opens the full event log for this कार्ड: when it was issued, when स्टैम्प्स were added, which वाउचर were earned and redeemed, which अभियान were sent.
• SEND MESSAGE — send a personal message to the ग्राहक (via PUSH/Email).
• ISSUE COUPON — issue a personal voucher directly from the ग्राहक कार्ड (e.g., as a compensation or a gift).

The Issued user कार्ड्स अनुभाग is your “CRM minimum”: even without an external CRM, here you see all ग्राहक, can find a specific one, see their history, and संपर्क them.
