10. Issued user 카드 — 고객 with issued 카드

The Issued user 카드 섹션 in the side menu is the list of all 고객 who hold at least one 카드 of your 비즈니스. The page header inside is User 스탬프 카드.

List columns

• ID — the 고객 카드 number (e.g., 113772).
• User — the 고객 name (as they entered at registration).
• Progress — current 스탬프 progress (e.g., 2/8, 8/8).
• Platform — icons on the right show where the 고객 keeps the 카드:
• 🌐 — web version (no 지갑 저장).
• 🍎 — Apple 지갑.
• G — Google 지갑.
• Arrow → — 열기 카드 details.

Top right: the filter icon and the 검색… field (검색 by name, ID, email).

고객 카드 details

Clicking a row opens the DETAILED CARD side panel:

• #ID - 고객 Name in the header + the DELETE button (delete the 고객 카드).
• A Current 보상 / step image — the current or 다음 gift.
• User 카드 number — the 고객 카드 number (with copy and 열기 buttons).
• 스탬프 카드 ID — the template ID + version (v2, v10…).
• Issued for — on which platform the 카드 is saved (Apple, WEB, Google). One 고객 can 저장 the 카드 in several Wallets.
• Created at — 카드 creation date.
• Last 스탬프 at — date of the last 스탬프.
• Progress — progress bar (e.g., 8 / 8 • 100%).

Actions

• VIEW HISTORY — opens the full event log for this 카드: when it was issued, when 스탬프 were added, which 바우처 were earned and redeemed, which 캠페인 were sent.
• SEND MESSAGE — send a personal message to the 고객 (via PUSH/Email).
• ISSUE COUPON — issue a personal voucher directly from the 고객 카드 (e.g., as a compensation or a gift).

The Issued user 카드 섹션 is your “CRM minimum”: even without an external CRM, here you see all 고객, can find a specific one, see their history, and 문의 them.
