7stamp 직원 스캔ner is the working 앱 for 직원 and 고객. Its job is to turn a 카드 스캔 into stamping, voucher redemption, and lottery spinning.

9. 7stamp 직원 스캔ner Application — Manual / Autopilot Mode Mode / Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk

7stamp 직원 스캔ner is the working 앱 for 직원 and 고객. Its job is to turn a 카드 스캔 into stamping, voucher redemption, and lottery spinning. It’s what physically sits at the till, in a 직원 member’s pocket, or on a 고객-facing stand. One 직원 login gives access to all three modes — the choice of mode depends on the pace of your 비즈니스 and the service scenario.


9.1 Where 7stamp 직원 스캔ner runs

Web version (any device): scanner.7stamp.com

  • Works in any modern browser: on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • 아니요 install — 열기 the page, enter your 직원 Login, get to work.
  • Ideal for a shared work laptop at the till, a tablet on a stand, any Windows/Mac/Linux device with a camera.
  • You can connect an external scanner and 스캔 고객 카드 with it. 아니요 configuration needed.

Android: Google Play iOS: 앱 Store

  • Native 앱 — runs faster, uses the phone camera better.
  • A good fit for 직원 who work off their own phones (premium service, field work, delivery).
  • You can connect an external scanner and 스캔 고객 카드 with it (in which case consider Autopilot Mode Mode mode).
  • Can run on a tablet in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk mode.

What to pick. If you have an Android tablet at the till or an iPad on a counter — install the native 앱. If you work from different devices or use a single shared computer at the till — go with the web version https://scanner.7stamp.com. Login and password for entry are created in the admin panel under 직원.


9.2 Login and navigation

0101 Login

You can log in from any platform (Web / Android / iOS) with the same 직원 Login you created in the admin (직원 → + CREATE → Creating 직원 Login). After login, the 앱 automatically links to your 비즈니스 profile.

Side menu (opens with the ☰ icon in the upper left):

  • Manual Mode — manual scanning mode (default).
  • Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode — 고객 self-service mode.
  • 열기 Admin Panel — 빠른 link to the admin (admin.7stamp.com).
  • Log Out — sign out (at the bottom of the menu, red button).

You don’t need to “switch modes” between Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode through the menu. Autopilot Mode Mode is a sub-mode of Manual Mode, toggled with a single switch right on the main screen (see below).


9.3 Manual Mode — 직원 scanning by hand

Manual Mode is the 베이스 scenario where 직원 스캔 the 고객’s 카드 themselves. Used in premium service (beauty salons, barbershops, spa, sit-down restaurants) where stamping is part of the personal interaction with the 고객.

  • Header indicator: Waiting for the 카드 스캔 — the 앱 is ready to accept a 스캔.
  • Top right — the Auto-스탬프 (직원 스캔ner Only) toggle (off in Manual).
  • Bottom of the screen — the recent shift event log (issued / used / deleted 바우처). Every entry is tappable and opens details.
  • At the very bottom — two action buttons:
  • 🔍 검색 고객 — find a 고객 by name, email, phone, or 카드 number.
  • 📷 Use Camera — 열기 the device camera and 스캔 a 고객 카드 QR.

Four ways to find a 고객 and 스탬프 the 카드

1. 스캔ning with the device camera (Use Camera). The main way to work.

The 직원 member taps Use Camera, points the phone/tablet camera at the 고객’s 카드 QR (the 고객 opens their 카드 in Apple 지갑 or Google 지갑 and shows the screen), the 앱 recognizes the code in a fraction of a second, and immediately opens the 고객 카드.

2. 스캔ning the 고객 카드 with an external scanner.

Connect the scanner to your device and simply 스캔 the 고객’s 카드 with it.

3. 고객 검색 (검색 고객). A fallback when the 고객 doesn’t have their phone at hand.

Useful when:

  • the 고객 left or drained their phone;
  • the 고객 just signed up and hasn’t yet figured out where the 카드 opens;
  • the 직원 member works by appointment and opens the 고객’s 카드 in advance.

검색 works by name, email, or 카드 number.

4. Direct voucher 검색 (Voucher 검색). When the 고객 arrives with a voucher in hand (e.g., a printed paper one) and wants to redeem it. You can enter the voucher number in the 검색, 스캔 it with an external scanner, or 스캔 it with the device camera.

0401 CustomerCard

Once the 카드 is found, the 고객 카드 opens with two tabs:

  • Info — basic information (name, email, 카드 ID #XXXXXX, birthday with edit ✏️).
  • 바우처 (N) — list of all this 고객’s 바우처: active, redeemed, expired.

In the upper area there’s a red Reset 스탬프 button — it lets you reset the 고객’s 스탬프 (e.g., if they closed the final goal, got the 보상, and you want to 시작 a new 카드). 아니요te. You don’t have to reset the 카드: if 다음 time you 스캔 it on the final goal without resetting, the system will cyclically put the 첫 번째 스탬프 of a new iteration.

0402 Stamped

At the bottom of the screen — the 스탬프 controls:

  • 🟢 + (green) — add a 스탬프.
  • 🔴 (red) — remove a 스탬프 (if you made a mistake).
  • A quantity field with / + — add several 스탬프 at once (e.g., if the 카드 uses By amount and the 고객 spent a large sum).
  • 🔍 검색 고객 — 열기 a different 고객.
  • 📷 — 스캔 again.

Three scenarios on reaching a goal

When a 스탬프 brings the 고객 to a goal (one of the milestones or the final goal), 직원 스캔ner shows a popup with the gift. The popup contents depend on the 보상 type configured on the 카드.

1. 보상 = Award (instant text gift).

On screen — the gift text and image (“Free Coffee”, “1 free pastry”, etc.). The 직원 member shows the screen to the 고객 and hands over the promised gift.

2. 보상 = Voucher (Smart Voucher with Redeem Code).

The Voucher Unlocked! popup with image, voucher title, and voucher number #XXXXXXX. Three actions:

  • Use Voucher (green button) — redeem the voucher right in 직원 스캔ner. If the voucher has the Redeem Code option enabled, the screen shows the code text + QR + barcode. The 직원 enters / scans the code into the POS. The voucher moves to redeemed and can’t be used again.
  • See All 바우처 — 열기 the list of all the 고객’s 바우처 (e.g., if the 고객 wants to redeem a different voucher 첫 번째).
  • 닫기 — close the popup; the voucher stays active and the 고객 can use it later.

3. 보상 = Lottery (a draw).

The lottery screen opens on the 직원 member’s device. The 직원 hands the device to the 고객 (or shows the screen) and asks them to tap “Play”. After the spin, one of the Variants fires and is then handled as an Award or a Voucher (see above).

If the 고객 arrives for a promised gift later (not right after receiving it), the 직원 opens their 카드 and switches to the 바우처 (N) tab. All the 고객’s 바우처 are visible here. The 직원 taps the right one → the voucher opens with Use Voucher → confirm → status redeemed.

Security: the Voucher state machine (issued → active → redeemed → expired) prevents double use. After redeemed the voucher (or its screenshot) won’t work again.


9.4 Autopilot Mode Mode Mode — background scanning at the till

Autopilot Mode Mode Mode is a sub-mode of Manual Mode in which 스탬프 are added in the background, with no confirmations and no modals. Ideal for peak hours in a coffee shop, fast food, bakery, car wash — anywhere there’s a queue and the service can’t slow down.

How to enable it

On the Manual Mode main screen, flip the Auto-스탬프 (직원 스캔ner Only) toggle in the upper right to “on” (green). The screen changes:

  • The icon switches to an external-scanner image.
  • The main header reads: Auto-스탬프 Mode Active.
  • The subheader: “The system 스탬프 automatically only for scanner input.”

작동 방식

The phrase “직원 스캔ner Only” means that in this mode 스탬프 are added only via input from a hardware scanner (an external USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner connected to the computer/tablet). The Use Camera and 검색 고객 buttons remain visible on screen and available if you need them, but they’re not used in normal Autopilot Mode Mode operation — they serve as a backup (e.g., if the scanner didn’t pick up the 고객 and you need to find them manually).

워크플로:

  1. The 직원 takes the order as usual (at the till, the bar counter, the wash).
  2. At 결제 or right after, the 고객 shows their 지갑 카드.
  3. The external scanner catches the QR “as a barcode”.
  4. 7stamp 직원 스캔ner adds the 스탬프 to the 고객’s 카드 in the background.
  5. 아니요 modal — the queue doesn’t stop.
  6. The 고객 sees the progress update later in their 지갑 via PUSH notification.

What you need

  • Barcode scanner: USB or Bluetooth, capable of reading QR codes. Standard models from Honeywell, Zebra, Datalogic will do. The scanner should be set to keyboard emulation (HID mode).
  • A permanent device at the till: a laptop or tablet with scanner.7stamp.com 열기 or with the Android/iOS 앱.
  • Stable internet — every 스탬프 goes to the cloud in real time.

고객 self-redemption of a voucher in Autopilot Mode Mode

In Autopilot Mode Mode the 직원 doesn’t physically 스캔 the 지갑 카드 in “dialog mode” — they work the queue. But the 고객 can use their voucher on the spot, and that doesn’t require switching modes. On the 카드 page in 지갑 the 고객 has a link to their 바우처. Opening it, the 고객 either:

  • calls out the Redeem Code to the cashier, who enters it into the till (if the till supports promo codes), or
  • shows the QR/barcode on their phone screen, and the cashier scans it with the external scanner.

After that the voucher moves to redeemed and can no longer be reused. As an alternative, the cashier can temporarily flip the Auto-스탬프 toggle off, 열기 the 고객 카드 manually, and redeem the voucher with Use Voucher.

When to come 뒤로 to Manual

At any moment the 직원 can switch off the Auto-스탬프 toggle and go 뒤로 to manual scanning — for instance, if the 고객 comes with a problem (lost a voucher, wants to adjust 스탬프 manually) or you need to look them up by name/email. All Manual Mode features are available — 검색, camera 스캔, manual voucher issuing and redemption.


9.5 Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode — 고객 self-service

Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode is a full-screen self-service mode in which the tablet faces the 고객 and the 고객 scans their own 카드. The 직원 is not involved in the process at all — hence “zero 직원 training”. It’s ideal for coffee shops, bakeries, fast casual restaurants, light retail, car washes.

1단계. Switch to Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk.

In the side menu (☰) pick Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode. The 앱 enters 설정 mode.

Make sure to 읽기 the on-screen tips about how to “pin” the 앱 on an Android tablet or iPad so the 고객 can’t minimize or close it (the device’s so-called Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk mode). These are your tablet’s system features — 읽기 the hint on our screen, or the manual for your device.

2단계. Pick the 카드 to display.

If your 비즈니스 has several 스탬프 카드 (e.g., a separate 카드 for coffee and another for pastry), pick the one that will be shown on this specific tablet. You can set up several tablets for different 카드.

3단계. Additional options.

Extra Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk 출시 settings.

첫 번째 — the color scheme. You can 출시 Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk in your 카드’s palette or pick one of our predefined sets. Try the option that looks best to you!

The most important option is Prevent Immediate 스캔s. It blocks the same 고객 from earning a 스탬프 twice in a row: if the option is on, a repeat 스캔 just shows the 고객 their previous result (the last 보상 / screen shown), and no 스탬프 is added. This protects against accidental double scans at the counter.

After confirmation — Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk launches.

0301 Main

What the 고객 sees on approaching the tablet:

  • Up top — your 비즈니스 logo and name (pulled from the 카드 settings).
  • Header: 적립 스탬프 Get 보상.
  • A Your 보상 carousel — shows the final gift (and, with milestone 보상, all intermediate ones). Swipeable.
  • A large black 📱 스캔 your 카드 button with the sublabel “Get your 다음 스탬프 by scanning the 카드.” (or “Hold your phone near the reader” — the text adapts).
  • At the bottom — the new-고객 block: 아니요 카드 Yet? “스캔 QR-Code and add 카드 to Your 지갑” with the 참여 page QR.

고객 scenario in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode

  1. The 고객 comes up to the tablet stand.
  2. If they already have a 카드 → 열기 지갑 → tap 스캔 your 카드 → hold the 지갑 screen to the tablet camera → 스탬프 added.
  3. If they don’t have a 카드 yet → 스캔 the 아니요 카드 Yet? QR with their phone camera → the 카드 saves to 지갑 instantly → tap 스캔 your 카드 → get their 첫 번째 스탬프.

What the 고객 sees on reaching the goal

보상 = Award.

0501 RewardUnlocked Award

A full-screen Congratulations! screen with the gift’s image and description. The 고객 shows the screen to 직원 and collects the promised gift.

보상 = Voucher.

0502 RewardUnlocked Voucher

A Congratulations! Voucher Unlocked! screen with the voucher 카드. The 고객 can redeem the voucher themselves right in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk — the use button opens a screen with the Redeem Code (text + QR + barcode) that the 고객 shows to the cashier, who scans or enters the code into the till. After redemption the voucher moves to redeemed and can’t be used again, even if the 고객 kept a screenshot.

At the bottom — buttons:

  • My 바우처 — see all my 바우처.
  • Closing in 12s — countdown to automatic 복귀 to the main screen.

This is an important Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk pattern: auto-close. Without it the tablet would be “stuck” on one 고객’s screen until 직원 intervened. The countdown ensures the tablet always returns to a clean starting screen 10–15 seconds after an action.

보상 = Lottery.

The 고객 spins the lottery on the screen themselves — a pleasant game mechanic. After a Variant drops, the screen behaves like Award or Voucher above.

Viewing the 고객’s 바우처

At any moment the 고객 can tap My 바우처 on the Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk main screen and see all their active 바우처. This is convenient: if the 고객 has an unused voucher from a previous visit, they can show it to 직원 right away without opening 지갑.

Technical requirements for a Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk stand

  • Tablet: 10” or 12” iPad / Android tablet. The bigger the screen, the more convenient for the 고객. We like the iPad mini.
  • Stand: fixed, facing the 고객. The stand should let them hold a 지갑 phone up to the tablet camera.
  • Power: constant mains connection. Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk runs all day.
  • Internet: reliable Wi-Fi or mobile 4G.
  • Optional — a 간단한 instruction 카드 다음 to the stand: “1) 열기 your 카드 in 지갑. 2) Hold it up to the camera. 3) Done!” — in two languages if you have international guests. Though a well-placed tablet with our Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk UI usually handles this role on its own.

You can use several modes at once. For example, a hotel with a restaurant and a spa: in the spa — Manual Mode (premium, personal 문의); in the restaurant’s cafe — Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode on a stand (fast, no waiter involvement); at the reception — Autopilot Mode Mode for regulars. One 직원 Seat supports one login at a time; if you need several simultaneous points, add 직원 Logins in the admin.


9.7 Practical tips for launching 직원 스캔ner

  • Test before opening. Do 5–10 trial scans with your own 카드 in the morning before the shift — make sure the camera focuses, the internet works, the 스탬프 are added.
  • On the Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk tablet, disable auto-lock and notifications. 아니요body should accidentally exit to the OS or get a stray notification. On iOS use Guided Access, on Android Screen Pinning.
  • For internet outages keep printed QR labels nearby (exported from the admin) — the 고객 scans them themselves and gets the 카드 even if 직원 스캔ner is temporarily unavailable.
  • Onboard new 직원. Every new shift member should know five things: how to log in to 직원 스캔ner, how to 스캔 a 카드, how to add a 스탬프, how to handle Voucher Unlocked!, how to redeem a voucher from the 바우처 tab. Five minutes of training.
  • The recent event log at the bottom of Manual Mode is your working log. If the 고객 complains “the 스탬프 didn’t go through”, check it: you’ll see the time, the 카드 ID, and what was issued / used.
