7stamp סורק is the working אפליקציה for צוות and לקוחות. Its job is to turn a כרטיס סריקה into stamping, voucher redemption, and lottery spinning.

7stamp סורק is the working אפליקציה for צוות and לקוחות. Its job is to turn a כרטיס סריקה into stamping, voucher redemption, and lottery spinning. It’s what physically sits at the till, in a צוות member’s pocket, or on a לקוח-facing stand. One צוות login gives access to all three modes — the choice of mode depends on the pace of your עסק and the service scenario.


9.1 Where 7stamp סורק runs

Web version (any device): scanner.7stamp.com

  • Works in any modern browser: on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • לא install — פתח the page, enter your צוות Login, get to work.
  • Ideal for a shared work laptop at the till, a tablet on a stand, any Windows/Mac/Linux device with a camera.
  • You can connect an external scanner and סריקה לקוח כרטיסים with it. לא configuration needed.

Android: Google Play iOS: אפליקציה Store

  • Native אפליקציה — runs faster, uses the phone camera better.
  • A good fit for צוות who work off their own phones (premium service, field work, delivery).
  • You can connect an external scanner and סריקה לקוח כרטיסים with it (in which case consider Autopilot mode).
  • Can run on a tablet in קיוסק mode.

What to pick. If you have an Android tablet at the till or an iPad on a counter — install the native אפליקציה. If you work from different devices or use a single shared computer at the till — go with the web version https://scanner.7stamp.com. Login and password for entry are created in the admin panel under צוות.


9.2 Login and navigation

0101 Login

You can log in from any platform (Web / Android / iOS) with the same צוות Login you created in the admin (צוות → + CREATE → Creating צוות Login). After login, the אפליקציה automatically links to your עסק profile.

Side menu (opens with the ☰ icon in the upper left):

  • Manual Mode — manual scanning mode (default).
  • קיוסק Mode — לקוח self-service mode.
  • פתח Admin Panel — מהיר link to the admin (admin.7stamp.com).
  • Log Out — sign out (at the bottom of the menu, red button).

You don’t need to “switch modes” between Manual and Autopilot through the menu. Autopilot is a sub-mode of Manual Mode, toggled with a single switch right on the main screen (see below).


9.3 Manual Mode — צוות scanning by hand

Manual Mode is the מאגר scenario where צוות סריקה the לקוח’s כרטיס themselves. Used in premium service (beauty salons, barbershops, spa, sit-down restaurants) where stamping is part of the personal interaction with the לקוח.

  • Header indicator: Waiting for the כרטיס סריקה — the אפליקציה is ready to accept a סריקה.
  • Top right — the Auto-חותמת (סורק Only) toggle (off in Manual).
  • Bottom of the screen — the recent shift event log (issued / used / deleted שוברים). Every entry is tappable and opens details.
  • At the very bottom — two action buttons:
  • 🔍 חיפוש לקוח — find a לקוח by name, email, phone, or כרטיס number.
  • 📷 Use Camera — פתח the device camera and סריקה a לקוח כרטיס QR.

Four ways to find a לקוח and חותמת the כרטיס

1. סריקהning with the device camera (Use Camera). The main way to work.

The צוות member taps Use Camera, points the phone/tablet camera at the לקוח’s כרטיס QR (the לקוח opens their כרטיס in Apple ארנק or Google ארנק and shows the screen), the אפליקציה recognizes the code in a fraction of a second, and immediately opens the לקוח כרטיס.

2. סריקהning the לקוח כרטיס with an external scanner.

Connect the scanner to your device and simply סריקה the לקוח’s כרטיס with it.

3. לקוח חיפוש (חיפוש לקוח). A fallback when the לקוח doesn’t have their phone at hand.

Useful when:

  • the לקוח left or drained their phone;
  • the לקוח just signed up and hasn’t yet figured out where the כרטיס opens;
  • the צוות member works by appointment and opens the לקוח’s כרטיס in advance.

חיפוש works by name, email, or כרטיס number.

4. Direct voucher חיפוש (Voucher חיפוש). When the לקוח arrives with a voucher in hand (e.g., a printed paper one) and wants to redeem it. You can enter the voucher number in the חיפוש, סריקה it with an external scanner, or סריקה it with the device camera.

Once the כרטיס is found, the לקוח כרטיס opens with two tabs:

  • Info — basic information (name, email, כרטיס ID #XXXXXX, birthday with edit ✏️).
  • שוברים (N) — list of all this לקוח’s שוברים: active, redeemed, expired.

In the upper area there’s a red Reset חותמות button — it lets you reset the לקוח’s חותמות (e.g., if they closed the final goal, got the תגמול, and you want to התחילו a new כרטיס). לאte. You don’t have to reset the כרטיס: if הבא time you סריקה it on the final goal without resetting, the system will cyclically put the ראשון חותמת of a new iteration.

At the bottom of the screen — the חותמת controls:

  • 🟢 + (green) — add a חותמת.
  • 🔴 (red) — remove a חותמת (if you made a mistake).
  • A quantity field with / + — add several חותמות at once (e.g., if the כרטיס uses By amount and the לקוח spent a large sum).
  • 🔍 חיפוש לקוח — פתח a different לקוח.
  • 📷 — סריקה again.

Three scenarios on reaching a goal

When a חותמת brings the לקוח to a goal (one of the milestones or the final goal), סורק shows a popup with the gift. The popup contents depend on the תגמול type configured on the כרטיס.

1. תגמול = Award (instant text gift).

On screen — the gift text and image (“Free Coffee”, “1 free pastry”, etc.). The צוות member shows the screen to the לקוח and hands over the promised gift.

2. תגמול = Voucher (Smart Voucher with Redeem Code).

The Voucher Unlocked! popup with image, voucher title, and voucher number #XXXXXXX. Three actions:

  • Use Voucher (green button) — redeem the voucher right in סורק. If the voucher has the Redeem Code option enabled, the screen shows the code text + QR + barcode. The צוות enters / scans the code into the POS. The voucher moves to redeemed and can’t be used again.
  • See All שוברים — פתח the list of all the לקוח’s שוברים (e.g., if the לקוח wants to redeem a different voucher ראשון).
  • סגור — close the popup; the voucher stays active and the לקוח can use it later.

3. תגמול = Lottery (a draw).

The lottery screen opens on the צוות member’s device. The צוות hands the device to the לקוח (or shows the screen) and asks them to tap “Play”. After the spin, one of the Variants fires and is then handled as an Award or a Voucher (see above).

If the לקוח arrives for a promised gift later (not right after receiving it), the צוות opens their כרטיס and switches to the שוברים (N) tab. All the לקוח’s שוברים are visible here. The צוות taps the right one → the voucher opens with Use Voucher → confirm → status redeemed.

Security: the Voucher state machine (issued → active → redeemed → expired) prevents double use. After redeemed the voucher (or its screenshot) won’t work again.


9.4 Autopilot Mode — background scanning at the till

Autopilot Mode is a sub-mode of Manual Mode in which חותמות are added in the background, with no confirmations and no modals. Ideal for peak hours in a coffee shop, fast food, bakery, car wash — anywhere there’s a queue and the service can’t slow down.

How to enable it

On the Manual Mode main screen, flip the Auto-חותמת (סורק Only) toggle in the upper right to “on” (green). The screen changes:

  • The icon switches to an external-scanner image.
  • The main header reads: Auto-חותמת Mode Active.
  • The subheader: “The system חותמות automatically only for scanner input.”

איך זה עובד

The phrase “סורק Only” means that in this mode חותמות are added only via input from a hardware scanner (an external USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner connected to the computer/tablet). The Use Camera and חיפוש לקוח buttons remain visible on screen and available if you need them, but they’re not used in normal Autopilot operation — they serve as a backup (e.g., if the scanner didn’t pick up the לקוח and you need to find them manually).

  1. The צוות takes the order as usual (at the till, the bar counter, the wash).
  2. At תשלום or right after, the לקוח shows their ארנק כרטיס.
  3. The external scanner catches the QR “as a barcode”.
  4. 7stamp סורק adds the חותמת to the לקוח’s כרטיס in the background.
  5. לא modal — the queue doesn’t stop.
  6. The לקוח sees the progress update later in their ארנק via PUSH notification.

What you need

  • Barcode scanner: USB or Bluetooth, capable of reading QR codes. Standard models from Honeywell, Zebra, Datalogic will do. The scanner should be set to keyboard emulation (HID mode).
  • A permanent device at the till: a laptop or tablet with scanner.7stamp.com פתח or with the Android/iOS אפליקציה.
  • Stable internet — every חותמת goes to the cloud in real time.

לקוח self-redemption of a voucher in Autopilot

In Autopilot the צוות doesn’t physically סריקה the ארנק כרטיס in “dialog mode” — they work the queue. But the לקוח can use their voucher on the spot, and that doesn’t require switching modes. On the כרטיס page in ארנק the לקוח has a link to their שוברים. Opening it, the לקוח either:

  • calls out the Redeem Code to the cashier, who enters it into the till (if the till supports promo codes), or
  • shows the QR/barcode on their phone screen, and the cashier scans it with the external scanner.

After that the voucher moves to redeemed and can no longer be reused. As an alternative, the cashier can temporarily flip the Auto-חותמת toggle off, פתח the לקוח כרטיס manually, and redeem the voucher with Use Voucher.

When to come חזרה to Manual

At any moment the צוות can switch off the Auto-חותמת toggle and go חזרה to manual scanning — for instance, if the לקוח comes with a problem (lost a voucher, wants to adjust חותמות manually) or you need to look them up by name/email. All Manual Mode features are available — חיפוש, camera סריקה, manual voucher issuing and redemption.


9.5 קיוסק Mode — לקוח self-service

קיוסק Mode is a full-screen self-service mode in which the tablet faces the לקוח and the לקוח scans their own כרטיס. The צוות is not involved in the process at all — hence “zero צוות training”. It’s ideal for coffee shops, bakeries, fast casual restaurants, light retail, car washes.

שלב 1. Switch to קיוסק.

In the side menu (☰) pick קיוסק Mode. The אפליקציה enters הגדרה mode.

Make sure to קריאה the on-screen tips about how to “pin” the אפליקציה on an Android tablet or iPad so the לקוח can’t minimize or close it (the device’s so-called קיוסק mode). These are your tablet’s system features — קריאה the hint on our screen, or the manual for your device.

שלב 2. Pick the כרטיס to display.

If your עסק has several חותמת כרטיסים (e.g., a separate כרטיס for coffee and another for pastry), pick the one that will be shown on this specific tablet. You can set up several tablets for different כרטיסים.

ראשון — the color scheme. You can השקה קיוסק in your כרטיס’s palette or pick one of our predefined sets. Try the option that looks best to you!

The most important option is Prevent Immediate סריקהs. It blocks the same לקוח from earning a חותמת twice in a row: if the option is on, a repeat סריקה just shows the לקוח their previous result (the last תגמול / screen shown), and no חותמת is added. This protects against accidental double scans at the counter.

After confirmation — קיוסק launches.

What the לקוח sees on approaching the tablet:

  • Up top — your עסק logo and name (pulled from the כרטיס settings).
  • Header: איסוף חותמות Get תגמולים.
  • A Your תגמול carousel — shows the final gift (and, with milestone תגמולים, all intermediate ones). Swipeable.
  • A large black 📱 סריקה your כרטיס button with the sublabel “Get your הבא חותמת by scanning the כרטיס.” (or “Hold your phone near the reader” — the text adapts).
  • At the bottom — the new-לקוח block: לא כרטיס Yet? “סריקה QR-Code and add כרטיס to Your ארנק” with the הצטרפות page QR.

לקוח scenario in קיוסק Mode

  1. The לקוח comes up to the tablet stand.
  2. If they already have a כרטיס → פתח ארנק → tap סריקה your כרטיס → hold the ארנק screen to the tablet camera → חותמת added.
  3. If they don’t have a כרטיס yet → סריקה the לא כרטיס Yet? QR with their phone camera → the כרטיס saves to ארנק instantly → tap סריקה your כרטיס → get their ראשון חותמת.

What the לקוח sees on reaching the goal

תגמול = Award.

A full-screen Congratulations! screen with the gift’s image and description. The לקוח shows the screen to צוות and collects the promised gift.

תגמול = Voucher.

0502 RewardUnlocked Voucher

A Congratulations! Voucher Unlocked! screen with the voucher כרטיס. The לקוח can redeem the voucher themselves right in קיוסק — the use button opens a screen with the Redeem Code (text + QR + barcode) that the לקוח shows to the cashier, who scans or enters the code into the till. After redemption the voucher moves to redeemed and can’t be used again, even if the לקוח kept a screenshot.

At the bottom — buttons:

  • My שוברים — see all my שוברים.
  • Closing in 12s — countdown to automatic חזרה to the main screen.

This is an important קיוסק pattern: auto-close. Without it the tablet would be “stuck” on one לקוח’s screen until צוות intervened. The countdown ensures the tablet always returns to a clean starting screen 10–15 seconds after an action.

תגמול = Lottery.

The לקוח spins the lottery on the screen themselves — a pleasant game mechanic. After a Variant drops, the screen behaves like Award or Voucher above.

Viewing the לקוח’s שוברים

At any moment the לקוח can tap My שוברים on the קיוסק main screen and see all their active שוברים. This is convenient: if the לקוח has an unused voucher from a previous visit, they can show it to צוות right away without opening ארנק.

Technical requirements for a קיוסק stand

  • Tablet: 10” or 12” iPad / Android tablet. The bigger the screen, the more convenient for the לקוח. We like the iPad mini.
  • Stand: fixed, facing the לקוח. The stand should let them hold a ארנק phone up to the tablet camera.
  • Power: constant mains connection. קיוסק runs all day.
  • Internet: reliable Wi-Fi or mobile 4G.
  • Optional — a פשוט instruction כרטיס הבא to the stand: “1) פתח your כרטיס in ארנק. 2) Hold it up to the camera. 3) Done!” — in two languages if you have international guests. Though a well-placed tablet with our קיוסק UI usually handles this role on its own.

You can use several modes at once. For example, a hotel with a restaurant and a spa: in the spa — Manual Mode (premium, personal יצירת קשר); in the restaurant’s cafe — קיוסק Mode on a stand (fast, no waiter involvement); at the reception — Autopilot for regulars. One צוות Seat supports one login at a time; if you need several simultaneous points, add צוות Logins in the admin.


9.7 Practical tips for launching סורק

  • Test before opening. Do 5–10 trial scans with your own כרטיס in the morning before the shift — make sure the camera focuses, the internet works, the חותמות are added.
  • On the קיוסק tablet, disable auto-lock and notifications. לאbody should accidentally exit to the OS or get a stray notification. On iOS use Guided Access, on Android Screen Pinning.
  • For internet outages keep printed QR labels nearby (exported from the admin) — the לקוח scans them themselves and gets the כרטיס even if סורק is temporarily unavailable.
  • Onboard new צוות. Every new shift member should know five things: how to log in to סורק, how to סריקה a כרטיס, how to add a חותמת, how to handle Voucher Unlocked!, how to redeem a voucher from the שוברים tab. Five minutes of training.
  • The recent event log at the bottom of Manual Mode is your working log. If the לקוח complains “the חותמת didn’t go through”, check it: you’ll see the time, the כרטיס ID, and what was issued / used.
