9. 7stamp スタッフ スキャンner Application — Manual / Autopilot Mode Mode / Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk
7stamp スタッフ スキャンner is the working App for スタッフ and 顧客. Its job is to turn a カード スキャン into stamping, voucher redemption, and lottery spinning. It’s what physically sits at the till, in a スタッフ member’s pocket, or on a 顧客-facing stand. One スタッフ login gives access to all three modes — the choice of mode depends on the pace of your ビジネス and the service scenario.
9.1 Where 7stamp スタッフ スキャンner runs
Web version (any device): scanner.7stamp.com
- Works in any modern browser: on a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- 不要 install — 開く the page, enter your スタッフ Login, get to work.
- Ideal for a shared work laptop at the till, a tablet on a stand, any Windows/Mac/Linux device with a camera.
- You can connect an external scanner and スキャン 顧客 カード with it. 不要 configuration needed.
Android: Google Play iOS: App Store
- Native App — runs faster, uses the phone camera better.
- A good fit for スタッフ who work off their own phones (premium service, field work, delivery).
- You can connect an external scanner and スキャン 顧客 カード with it (in which case consider Autopilot Mode Mode mode).
- Can run on a tablet in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk mode.
What to pick. If you have an Android tablet at the till or an iPad on a counter — install the native App. If you work from different devices or use a single shared computer at the till — go with the web version https://scanner.7stamp.com. Login and password for entry are created in the admin panel under スタッフ.
9.2 Login and navigation

You can log in from any platform (Web / Android / iOS) with the same スタッフ Login you created in the admin (スタッフ → + CREATE → Creating スタッフ Login). After login, the App automatically links to your ビジネス profile.
Side menu (opens with the ☰ icon in the upper left):
- Manual Mode — manual scanning mode (default).
- Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode — 顧客 self-service mode.
- 開く Admin Panel — すばやい link to the admin (
admin.7stamp.com). - Log Out — sign out (at the bottom of the menu, red button).
You don’t need to “switch modes” between Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode through the menu. Autopilot Mode Mode is a sub-mode of Manual Mode, toggled with a single switch right on the main screen (see below).
9.3 Manual Mode — スタッフ scanning by hand
Manual Mode is the ベース scenario where スタッフ スキャン the 顧客’s カード themselves. Used in premium service (beauty salons, barbershops, spa, sit-down restaurants) where stamping is part of the personal interaction with the 顧客.
Manual Mode main screen
- Header indicator: Waiting for the カード スキャン — the App is ready to accept a スキャン.
- Top right — the Auto-Stamp (スタッフ スキャンner Only) toggle (off in Manual).
- Bottom of the screen — the recent shift event log (issued / used / deleted バウチャー). Every entry is tappable and opens details.
- At the very bottom — two action buttons:
- 🔍 検索 顧客 — find a 顧客 by name, email, phone, or カード number.
- 📷 Use Camera — 開く the device camera and スキャン a 顧客 カード QR.
Four ways to find a 顧客 and Stamp the カード
1. スキャンning with the device camera (Use Camera). The main way to work.
The スタッフ member taps Use Camera, points the phone/tablet camera at the 顧客’s カード QR (the 顧客 opens their カード in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and shows the screen), the App recognizes the code in a fraction of a second, and immediately opens the 顧客 カード.
2. スキャンning the 顧客 カード with an external scanner.
Connect the scanner to your device and simply スキャン the 顧客’s カード with it.
3. 顧客 検索 (検索 顧客). A fallback when the 顧客 doesn’t have their phone at hand.

Useful when:
- the 顧客 left or drained their phone;
- the 顧客 just signed up and hasn’t yet figured out where the カード opens;
- the スタッフ member works by appointment and opens the 顧客’s カード in advance.
検索 works by name, email, or カード number.
4. Direct voucher 検索 (Voucher 検索). When the 顧客 arrives with a voucher in hand (e.g., a printed paper one) and wants to redeem it. You can enter the voucher number in the 検索, スキャン it with an external scanner, or スキャン it with the device camera.
The 顧客 カード after scanning

Once the カード is found, the 顧客 カード opens with two tabs:
- Info — basic information (name, email, カード ID
#XXXXXX, birthday with edit ✏️). - バウチャー (N) — list of all this 顧客’s バウチャー: active, redeemed, expired.
In the upper area there’s a red Reset Stamp button — it lets you reset the 顧客’s Stamp (e.g., if they closed the final goal, got the 特典, and you want to 始める a new カード). 不要te. You don’t have to reset the カード: if 次 time you スキャン it on the final goal without resetting, the system will cyclically put the 最初 Stamp of a new iteration.
Stamp controls

At the bottom of the screen — the Stamp controls:
- 🟢 + (green) — add a Stamp.
- 🔴 − (red) — remove a Stamp (if you made a mistake).
- A quantity field with − / + — add several Stamp at once (e.g., if the カード uses
By amountand the 顧客 spent a large sum). - 🔍 検索 顧客 — 開く a different 顧客.
- 📷 — スキャン again.
Three scenarios on reaching a goal
When a Stamp brings the 顧客 to a goal (one of the milestones or the final goal), スタッフ スキャンner shows a popup with the gift. The popup contents depend on the 特典 type configured on the カード.
1. 特典 = Award (instant text gift).

On screen — the gift text and image (“Free Coffee”, “1 free pastry”, etc.). The スタッフ member shows the screen to the 顧客 and hands over the promised gift.
2. 特典 = Voucher (Smart Voucher with Redeem Code).

The Voucher Unlocked! popup with image, voucher title, and voucher number #XXXXXXX. Three actions:
- Use Voucher (green button) — redeem the voucher right in スタッフ スキャンner. If the voucher has the Redeem Code option enabled, the screen shows the code text + QR + barcode. The スタッフ enters / scans the code into the POS. The voucher moves to
redeemedand can’t be used again. - See All バウチャー — 開く the list of all the 顧客’s バウチャー (e.g., if the 顧客 wants to redeem a different voucher 最初).
- 閉じる — close the popup; the voucher stays active and the 顧客 can use it later.
3. 特典 = Lottery (a draw).

The lottery screen opens on the スタッフ member’s device. The スタッフ hands the device to the 顧客 (or shows the screen) and asks them to tap “Play”. After the spin, one of the Variants fires and is then handled as an Award or a Voucher (see above).

Self-redemption of a voucher in Manual mode


If the 顧客 arrives for a promised gift later (not right after receiving it), the スタッフ opens their カード and switches to the バウチャー (N) tab. All the 顧客’s バウチャー are visible here. The スタッフ taps the right one → the voucher opens with Use Voucher → confirm → status redeemed.
Security: the Voucher state machine (issued → active → redeemed → expired) prevents double use. After redeemed the voucher (or its screenshot) won’t work again.
9.4 Autopilot Mode Mode Mode — background scanning at the till
Autopilot Mode Mode Mode is a sub-mode of Manual Mode in which Stamp are added in the background, with no confirmations and no modals. Ideal for peak hours in a coffee shop, fast food, bakery, car wash — anywhere there’s a queue and the service can’t slow down.
How to enable it
On the Manual Mode main screen, flip the Auto-Stamp (スタッフ スキャンner Only) toggle in the upper right to “on” (green). The screen changes:
- The icon switches to an external-scanner image.
- The main header reads: Auto-Stamp Mode Active.
- The subheader: “The system Stamp automatically only for scanner input.”
仕組み
The phrase “スタッフ スキャンner Only” means that in this mode Stamp are added only via input from a hardware scanner (an external USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner connected to the computer/tablet). The Use Camera and 検索 顧客 buttons remain visible on screen and available if you need them, but they’re not used in normal Autopilot Mode Mode operation — they serve as a backup (e.g., if the scanner didn’t pick up the 顧客 and you need to find them manually).
ワークフロー:
- The スタッフ takes the order as usual (at the till, the bar counter, the wash).
- At 支払い or right after, the 顧客 shows their Wallet カード.
- The external scanner catches the QR “as a barcode”.
- 7stamp スタッフ スキャンner adds the Stamp to the 顧客’s カード in the background.
- 不要 modal — the queue doesn’t stop.
- The 顧客 sees the progress update later in their Wallet via PUSH notification.
What you need
- Barcode scanner: USB or Bluetooth, capable of reading QR codes. Standard models from Honeywell, Zebra, Datalogic will do. The scanner should be set to keyboard emulation (HID mode).
- A permanent device at the till: a laptop or tablet with
scanner.7stamp.com開く or with the Android/iOS App. - Stable internet — every Stamp goes to the cloud in real time.
顧客 self-redemption of a voucher in Autopilot Mode Mode
In Autopilot Mode Mode the スタッフ doesn’t physically スキャン the Wallet カード in “dialog mode” — they work the queue. But the 顧客 can use their voucher on the spot, and that doesn’t require switching modes. On the カード page in Wallet the 顧客 has a link to their バウチャー. Opening it, the 顧客 either:
- calls out the Redeem Code to the cashier, who enters it into the till (if the till supports promo codes), or
- shows the QR/barcode on their phone screen, and the cashier scans it with the external scanner.
After that the voucher moves to redeemed and can no longer be reused. As an alternative, the cashier can temporarily flip the Auto-Stamp toggle off, 開く the 顧客 カード manually, and redeem the voucher with Use Voucher.
When to come 戻る to Manual
At any moment the スタッフ can switch off the Auto-Stamp toggle and go 戻る to manual scanning — for instance, if the 顧客 comes with a problem (lost a voucher, wants to adjust Stamp manually) or you need to look them up by name/email. All Manual Mode features are available — 検索, camera スキャン, manual voucher issuing and redemption.
9.5 Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode — 顧客 self-service
Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode is a full-screen self-service mode in which the tablet faces the 顧客 and the 顧客 scans their own カード. The スタッフ is not involved in the process at all — hence “zero スタッフ training”. It’s ideal for coffee shops, bakeries, fast casual restaurants, light retail, car washes.
Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode 設定
ステップ 1. Switch to Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk.
In the side menu (☰) pick Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode. The App enters 設定 mode.
Make sure to 読む the on-screen tips about how to “pin” the App on an Android tablet or iPad so the 顧客 can’t minimize or close it (the device’s so-called Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk mode). These are your tablet’s system features — 読む the hint on our screen, or the manual for your device.
ステップ 2. Pick the カード to display.
If your ビジネス has several Stamp カード (e.g., a separate カード for coffee and another for pastry), pick the one that will be shown on this specific tablet. You can set up several tablets for different カード.
ステップ 3. Additional options.
Extra Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk 開始 settings.
最初 — the color scheme. You can 開始 Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk in your カード’s palette or pick one of our predefined sets. Try the option that looks best to you!
The most important option is Prevent Immediate スキャンs. It blocks the same 顧客 from earning a Stamp twice in a row: if the option is on, a repeat スキャン just shows the 顧客 their previous result (the last 特典 / screen shown), and no Stamp is added. This protects against accidental double scans at the counter.
After confirmation — Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk launches.

What the 顧客 sees on approaching the tablet:
- Up top — your ビジネス logo and name (pulled from the カード settings).
- Header: 収集 Stamp Get 特典.
- A
Your 特典carousel — shows the final gift (and, with milestone 特典, all intermediate ones). Swipeable. - A large black 📱 スキャン your カード button with the sublabel “Get your 次 Stamp by scanning the カード.” (or “Hold your phone near the reader” — the text adapts).
- At the bottom — the new-顧客 block: 不要 カード Yet? “スキャン QR-Code and add カード to Your Wallet” with the 参加 page QR.
顧客 scenario in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode
- The 顧客 comes up to the tablet stand.
- If they already have a カード → 開く Wallet → tap スキャン your カード → hold the Wallet screen to the tablet camera → Stamp added.
- If they don’t have a カード yet → スキャン the 不要 カード Yet? QR with their phone camera → the カード saves to Wallet instantly → tap スキャン your カード → get their 最初 Stamp.
What the 顧客 sees on reaching the goal
特典 = Award.

A full-screen Congratulations! screen with the gift’s image and description. The 顧客 shows the screen to スタッフ and collects the promised gift.
特典 = Voucher.

A Congratulations! Voucher Unlocked! screen with the voucher カード. The 顧客 can redeem the voucher themselves right in Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk — the use button opens a screen with the Redeem Code (text + QR + barcode) that the 顧客 shows to the cashier, who scans or enters the code into the till. After redemption the voucher moves to redeemed and can’t be used again, even if the 顧客 kept a screenshot.
At the bottom — buttons:
- My バウチャー — see all my バウチャー.
- Closing in 12s — countdown to automatic 再来店 to the main screen.
This is an important Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk pattern: auto-close. Without it the tablet would be “stuck” on one 顧客’s screen until スタッフ intervened. The countdown ensures the tablet always returns to a clean starting screen 10–15 seconds after an action.
特典 = Lottery.

The 顧客 spins the lottery on the screen themselves — a pleasant game mechanic. After a Variant drops, the screen behaves like Award or Voucher above.

Viewing the 顧客’s バウチャー
At any moment the 顧客 can tap My バウチャー on the Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk main screen and see all their active バウチャー. This is convenient: if the 顧客 has an unused voucher from a previous visit, they can show it to スタッフ right away without opening Wallet.
Technical requirements for a Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk stand
- Tablet: 10” or 12” iPad / Android tablet. The bigger the screen, the more convenient for the 顧客. We like the iPad mini.
- Stand: fixed, facing the 顧客. The stand should let them hold a Wallet phone up to the tablet camera.
- Power: constant mains connection. Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk runs all day.
- Internet: reliable Wi-Fi or mobile 4G.
- Optional — a シンプル instruction カード 次 to the stand: “1) 開く your カード in Wallet. 2) Hold it up to the camera. 3) Done!” — in two languages if you have international guests. Though a well-placed tablet with our Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk UI usually handles this role on its own.
9.6 How to 選ぶ a mode — comparison

You can use several modes at once. For example, a hotel with a restaurant and a spa: in the spa — Manual Mode (premium, personal 連絡); in the restaurant’s cafe — Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Mode on a stand (fast, no waiter involvement); at the reception — Autopilot Mode Mode for regulars. One スタッフ Seat supports one login at a time; if you need several simultaneous points, add スタッフ Logins in the admin.
9.7 Practical tips for launching スタッフ スキャンner
- Test before opening. Do 5–10 trial scans with your own カード in the morning before the shift — make sure the camera focuses, the internet works, the Stamp are added.
- On the Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk tablet, disable auto-lock and notifications. 不要body should accidentally exit to the OS or get a stray notification. On iOS use Guided Access, on Android Screen Pinning.
- For internet outages keep printed QR labels nearby (exported from the admin) — the 顧客 scans them themselves and gets the カード even if スタッフ スキャンner is temporarily unavailable.
- Onboard new スタッフ. Every new shift member should know five things: how to log in to スタッフ スキャンner, how to スキャン a カード, how to add a Stamp, how to handle
Voucher Unlocked!, how to redeem a voucher from theバウチャーtab. Five minutes of training. - The recent event log at the bottom of Manual Mode is your working log. If the 顧客 complains “the Stamp didn’t go through”, check it: you’ll see the time, the カード ID, and what was issued / used.
