13. 직원 — employees and scanner logins
The 직원 섹션 in the side menu is where you 관리 the employees who 스캔 고객 카드.
What 직원 is
In 7stamp 청구 terms, one 직원 Login = one 직원 Seat = one scanning point. It can be:
- A specific employee (e.g., a barista named Anna).
- A specific workstation (e.g.,
Bar Counter,Cash Register 2). - One location / branch (if you have several locations, each can have its own login).
Where 직원 works
The description at the top of the page:
- 📱 스탬프 직원 스캔ner 앱 (iOS / Android) — “Used by 직원 or set up as a self-service kiosk”.
- 🌐 Online scanner at scanner.7stamp.com — “For 직원 or shared devices. Use the login and password created here.”
That is, the same 직원 Login can be used in both the mobile 앱 and the web version — simultaneously or alternately.
List columns
- ID — internal 직원 number.
- Name — display name (
HOT CUP,Jane,Showroom1, etc.). - Login — login for entering 직원 스캔ner.
- Status —
Active(green badge).
Creating a new 직원 Login
Tap + CREATE in the upper right — the Creating 직원 Login popup opens.
Message: “This login works with the 스탬프 직원 스캔ner 앱 and the online scanner scanner.7stamp.com.”
항목s:
- Name (e.g. Anna, Bar Counter) * — display name.
- Login * — login (e.g.,
anna_barorbar_counter). - Password * — password.
Tap CREATE — the 직원 Login appears in the list and is immediately available for 직원 스캔ner login.
Tip. If you have two shifts — morning and evening — make two separate 직원 Logins (morning_shift and evening_shift). In Overview → Location analytics (직원) you’ll see stats for each one separately and 이해 who is better at offering the program.
