13. พนักงาน — employees and scanner logins

The พนักงาน ส่วน in the side menu is where you จัดการ the employees who สแกน ลูกค้า การ์ด.

What พนักงาน is

In 7stamp การเรียกเก็บเงิน terms, one พนักงาน Login = one พนักงาน Seat = one scanning point. It can be:

• A specific employee (e.g., a barista named Anna).
• A specific workstation (e.g., Bar Counter, Cash Register 2).
• One location / branch (if you have several locations, each can have its own login).

Where พนักงาน works

The description at the top of the page:

• 📱 แสตมป์ พนักงาน สแกนner แอป (iOS / Android) — “Used by พนักงาน or set up as a self-service kiosk”.
• 🌐 Online scanner at scanner.7stamp.com — “For พนักงาน or shared devices. Use the login and password created here.”

That is, the same พนักงาน Login can be used in both the mobile แอป and the web version — simultaneously or alternately.

List columns

• ID — internal พนักงาน number.
• Name — display name (HOT CUP, Jane, Showroom1, etc.).
• Login — login for entering พนักงาน สแกนner.
• Status — Active (green badge).

Creating a new พนักงาน Login

Tap + CREATE in the upper right — the Creating พนักงาน Login popup opens.

Message: “This login works with the แสตมป์ พนักงาน สแกนner แอป and the online scanner scanner.7stamp.com.”

หัวข้อs:

• Name (e.g. Anna, Bar Counter) * — display name.
• Login * — login (e.g., anna_bar or bar_counter).
• Password * — password.

Tap CREATE — the พนักงาน Login appears in the list and is immediately available for พนักงาน สแกนner login.

Tip. If you have two shifts — morning and evening — make two separate พนักงาน Logins (morning_shift and evening_shift). In Overview → Location analytics (พนักงาน) you’ll see stats for each one separately and เข้าใจ who is better at offering the program.
