13. स्टाफ — employees and scanner logins
The स्टाफ अनुभाग in the side menu is where you प्रबंधित करें the employees who स्कैन ग्राहक कार्ड्स.
What स्टाफ is
In 7stamp बिलिंग terms, one स्टाफ Login = one स्टाफ Seat = one scanning point. It can be:
- A specific employee (e.g., a barista named Anna).
- A specific workstation (e.g.,
Bar Counter,Cash Register 2). - One location / branch (if you have several locations, each can have its own login).
Where स्टाफ works
The description at the top of the page:
- 📱 स्टैम्प स्कैनर ऐप (iOS / Android) — “Used by स्टाफ or set up as a self-service kiosk”.
- 🌐 Online scanner at scanner.7stamp.com — “For स्टाफ or shared devices. Use the login and password created here.”
That is, the same स्टाफ Login can be used in both the mobile ऐप and the web version — simultaneously or alternately.
List columns
- ID — internal स्टाफ number.
- Name — display name (
HOT CUP,Jane,Showroom1, etc.). - Login — login for entering स्कैनर.
- Status —
Active(green badge).
Creating a new स्टाफ Login
Tap + CREATE in the upper right — the Creating स्टाफ Login popup opens.
Message: “This login works with the स्टैम्प स्कैनर ऐप and the online scanner scanner.7stamp.com.”
फ़ील्डs:
- Name (e.g. Anna, Bar Counter) * — display name.
- Login * — login (e.g.,
anna_barorbar_counter). - Password * — password.
Tap CREATE — the स्टाफ Login appears in the list and is immediately available for स्कैनर login.
Tip. If you have two shifts — morning and evening — make two separate स्टाफ Logins (morning_shift and evening_shift). In Overview → Location analytics (स्टाफ) you’ll see stats for each one separately and समझें who is better at offering the program.
