12. कैंपेन — broadcasts and अभियान
The कैंपेन अनुभाग is your ग्राहक वापसी tool. With it you send messages to ग्राहक segments across multiple channels at once.
अभियान list
Table columns:
- ID — अभियान number.
- Name — name (often autogenerated as
<cardId>_<datetime>, e.g.,183_04.05.202614:19, but you can set a meaningful one). - Channels — channel tags:
कार्ड(PUSH on the वॉलेट कार्ड),Email. - Status — status (✅✅ — successfully delivered).
The + CREATE button in the upper right opens the broadcast form.
Creating a कार्ड अभियान
The कार्ड बनाएँ अभियान popup:
- स्टैम्प कार्ड — pick the कार्ड whose segment will be broadcast to.
- Push notification (कार्ड / वॉलेट) — the main channel.
- नहींtification text * — the PUSH text that will appear right on the ग्राहक’s वॉलेट कार्ड. Limit — 20 characters (the Apple/Google वॉलेट PUSH constraint).
- + ADD VOUCHER — attach a voucher to the broadcast. Useful for win-वापस (“haven’t seen you — have a gift”), holiday अभियान, thank-yous to loyalists.
- Also send via (optional) — additional channels:
- ☐ Email — send the same in parallel by email.
- Message text (Web, E-mail & Chat-bot) * — the long text for extended channels (the कार्ड web page, email, messengers via 7cloc.com). Here you can write extensively, with links and formatting.
Tap CREATE — the अभियान launches.
Omnichannel logic
A वॉलेट PUSH (कार्ड / वॉलेट) is a short notification right on the saved कार्ड. Anyone who has the कार्ड in वॉलेट sees it, and they can’t “unsubscribe” from it until the कार्ड is deleted. Email and messengers are long messages for those who left an email or are connected to a messenger bot via 7cloc.com.
The recommended combo for important अभियान: कार्ड + Email + Messenger simultaneously. The short PUSH catches the ग्राहक right away, while email and messenger catch up with those who missed the PUSH.
Typical कार्ड अभियान scenarios
- रिवॉर्ड-ready रिमाइंडर — “your कार्ड is almost full, one स्टैम्प to the gift”.
- Voucher-waiting रिमाइंडर — “don’t forget to use your voucher, it expires in 7 days”.
- Slow-day promotion — fill Tuesday or Wednesday with a special offer.
- Seasonal अभियान — holidays, seasonal dishes, local events.
- New product drop — announce a new product.
- Win-वापस — to ग्राहक who haven’t been in for N days, send a gift.
The 20-character PUSH limit isn’t a bug, it’s a feature: a short notification gets पढ़ें, a long one gets skipped. Test your wording: “Coffee’s waiting ☕” works better than “You have a new voucher in our लॉयल्टी program”.
