15. Journal — event log (कार्ड Events)

The Journal अनुभाग in the side menu is the full log of all कार्ड events. The page header inside is कार्ड Events.
Table columns
- ID — event sequence number.
- Type — event type (icons). Includes कार्ड issuance, स्टैम्प added, goal reached, voucher issued / redeemed, lottery, birthday, अभियान sent.
- Date & Time — date and time + the 🔍 ग्राहक view link to खोलें the कार्ड through the ग्राहक’s eyes (see below).
- Code — event code (e.g., the issued डिलीवरी Insert or Receipt ID).
- स्टैम्प्स — स्टैम्प progress at the time of the event (
2/8,0/8). - रिवॉर्ड्स — which gift dropped (if applicable).
- कार्ड Template — the template name (
Free ब्यूटी Service,Free Coffee). - User — ग्राहक name, email, birthday + कार्ड details link (खोलें कार्ड details in
Issued user कार्ड्स).
Above the table — the खोज field and filter.
ग्राहक view — preview through the ग्राहक’s eyes
The ग्राहक view link on a journal row opens the ग्राहक page on the my.7stamp.com/{lang}/{cardId}/कार्ड?user_uuid=...&स्कैन_id=... domain. You see:
- The real brand at the top (logo, व्यवसाय name).
- A
स्टैम्प्स added: Npopup. - If a goal is reached — Congratulations! You’ve unlocked your voucher! with confetti.
- The voucher कार्ड: QR code, name, Redeem Code, description, status (
Redeemed at: <date>— if already used), barcode. - Footer:
Powered by 7Stamp | Every स्टैम्प is a Story.
This is an irreplaceable debugging tool: if the ग्राहक complains “the स्टैम्प didn’t go through”, you खोलें ग्राहक view and see exactly what they did.
कार्ड details
The कार्ड details link on a Journal row goes to Issued user कार्ड्स with the details panel already खोलें for that specific कार्ड — from there you can see the full history, send a message, or issue a personal voucher.
