15. Journal — event log (Card Events)

The Journal section in the side menu is the full log of all card events. The page header inside is Card Events.
Table columns
- ID — event sequence number.
- Type — event type (icons). Includes card issuance, stamp added, goal reached, voucher issued / redeemed, lottery, birthday, campaign sent.
- Date & Time — date and time + the 🔍 Customer view link to open the card through the customer’s eyes (see below).
- Code — event code (e.g., the issued Delivery Insert or Receipt ID).
- Stamps — stamp progress at the time of the event (
2/8,0/8). - Rewards — which gift dropped (if applicable).
- Card Template — the template name (
Free Beauty Service,Free Coffee). - User — customer name, email, birthday + Card details link (open card details in
Issued user cards).
Above the table — the search field and filter.
Customer view — preview through the customer’s eyes

The Customer view link on a journal row opens the customer page on the my.7stamp.com/{lang}/{cardId}/card?user_uuid=...&scan_id=... domain. You see:
- The real brand at the top (logo, business name).
- A
Stamps added: Npopup. - If a goal is reached — Congratulations! You’ve unlocked your voucher! with confetti.
- The voucher card: QR code, name, Redeem Code, description, status (
Redeemed at: <date>— if already used), barcode. - Footer:
Powered by 7Stamp | Every Stamp is a Story.
This is an irreplaceable debugging tool: if the customer complains “the stamp didn’t go through”, you open Customer view and see exactly what they did.
Card details
The Card details link on a Journal row goes to Issued user cards with the details panel already open for that specific card — from there you can see the full history, send a message, or issue a personal voucher.
