15. Journal — event log (Kartu Events)

The Journal section di side menu adalah full log dari semua kartu events. The halaman header inside adalah Kartu Events.

Table columns

• ID — event sequence number.
• Type — event type (icons). Includes kartu penerbitan, Stamp ditambahkan, target reached, voucher diterbitkan / ditebus, lotere, birthday, kampanye sent.
• Date & Time — date dan time + 🔍 Pelanggan lihat tautan untuk buka kartu melalui pelanggan’s eyes (see below).
• Code — event code (e.g., diterbitkan Pengantaran Insert atau Receipt ID).
• Stamp — Stamp progres at time dari event (2/8, 0/8).
• Hadiah — yang gift dropped (jika applicable).
• Kartu Template — template name (Gratis Beauty Service, Gratis Coffee).
• User — pelanggan name, email, birthday + Kartu details tautan (buka kartu details di Diterbitkan user kartu).

Pelanggan lihat — preview melalui pelanggan’s eyes

The Pelanggan lihat tautan on journal row membuka pelanggan halaman on my.7stamp.com/{lang}/{cardId}/kartu?user_uuid=...&scan_id=... domain. You see:

• The nyata brand at top (logo, bisnis name).
• A Stamp ditambahkan: N popup.
• Jika target adalah reached — Congratulations! You’ve unlocked Anda voucher! dengan confetti.
• The voucher kartu: QR code, name, Redeem Code, description, status (Ditebus at: <date> — jika already used), barcode.
• Footer: Powered by 7Stamp | Setiap Stamp adalah Story.

Ini adalah irreplaceable debugging tool: jika pelanggan complains ” Stamp didn’t go melalui”, you buka Pelanggan lihat dan see exactly apa they did.

Kartu details

The Kartu details tautan on Journal row goes untuk Diterbitkan user kartu dengan details panel already buka untuk itu specific kartu — dari there you dapat see full history, send pesan, atau terbitkan personal voucher.
