The बिलिंग & invoices अनुभाग in the side menu shows the current plan, usage of limits, and invoice history.

प्राइसिंग plans

• कार्ड scanner (free) — the “forever free” plan. Includes:
• 100 कार्ड संचालन per month (one कार्ड Operation = one transaction with a स्टैम्प or a voucher).
• 1 स्टाफ Seat — one स्टाफ login.
• Apple वॉलेट + Google वॉलेट pass.
• Access to all रिवॉर्ड types (Award, Voucher, Lottery).
• Basic कैंपेन.
• सहायता by email/messengers.
• मासिक — €29 / माह per location (login). Includes a significantly larger कार्ड संचालन limit and access to advanced वर्कफ़्लोज़.
• वार्षिक — €290 / वर्ष per location (login). Two months saved vs मासिक.
• Custom / Enterprise — by request for chains, custom POS integrations, multi-location.

What’s shown on the page

Activation Codes अनुभाग

If you activated a partner code, a Code #N — Claimed block appears at the top with progress bars:

• स्टाफ Seat — 0 / 36 (used out of available under the code).
• कार्ड संचालन — 0 / 18 (used out of available under the code).

One Activation Code can contain any service bundle — the partner decides what’s in it.

Your Tariff Plan अनुभाग

• Header: Your Tariff Plan + the EDIT TARIFF PLAN button (change the plan).
• Current plan कार्ड: name (कार्ड scanner (free)), बिलिंग date (when the अगला charge happens), Created (when the plan was activated).
• The प्रबंधित करें subscription / Invoices link — प्रबंधित करें the subscription and view invoice history.

Available Services अनुभाग

Limit usage per service:

• कार्ड संचालन — Used: 9 / 100 included per month. Progress bar.
• स्टाफ Seat — 1 स्टाफ seat included. How many are taken.

Activation Codes — partner scheme

An Activation Code is a code from a 7stamp partner (agency, consultant, POS partner) that activates a defined bundle of services (स्टाफ Seats + कार्ड संचालन). The partner gets a wholesale discount and distributes services across their clients.

If you are:

• A व्यवसाय — ask your partner for an Activation Code, enter it in the admin (via EDIT TARIFF PLAN or a dedicated field).
• A partner (agency, consultant, POS vendor) — request enrollment in the partner program from 7stamp सपोर्ट. One Activation Code can hold any service bundle, and the partner decides what’s in it and how to distribute it across व्यवसाय clients.

Special partner terms are also available for marketing agencies, लॉयल्टी consultants, restaurant consultants, and POS partners. Terms are discussed individually via सपोर्ट.

Referral Program

Every account can get a personal referral link and a रिवॉर्ड for referred businesses. Connected on request via सपोर्ट.

Plan choice tip. शुरू करें with Free. 100 कार्ड संचालन per month is roughly 25–30 active regulars at a small coffee shop. If that’s not enough (a good sign — it means the program works), upgrade to मासिक. If you’re confident 7stamp is here to stay, go वार्षिक — that’s two free months.
