4.2. Marketing Opt-Sa: Marketing communications (Push, Email, Geolocation alerts, at Birthday reward) ay lamang sent kung User provides explicit consent.

4.3. Withdrawal: Users may unsubscribe via “Unsubscribe” link sa emails o Preference Center. Push notifications ay managed via device-level Wallet settings.

You agree NOT na:

• Gamitin Service para sa illegal purposes o na promote restricted goods (tobacco, weapons, adult content).
• Violate Apple Wallet o Google Wallet developer policies.
