• Scanner App: The “7Stamp Scanner” application used by Merchant’s employees to يتحقق stamps.

• Marketing Communications: Optional الرسائل intended to promote products, including geo-fenced alerts و birthday مكافآت.

3.1. Age Requirement: أنت يجب يكون at least 16 سنوات old to use the الخدمة.

3.3. Merchant Responsibility: Merchants هي solely responsible for كل activities under الخاص بهم account, including إجراءات by employees using the Scanner App.

4.3. Withdrawal: Users may unsubscribe via the “Unsubscribe” الرابط in emails أو the Preference Center. Push notifications هي managed via device-level Wallet settings.

أنت agree NOT to:

• Use the الخدمة for illegal purposes أو to promote restricted goods (tobacco, weapons, adult content).
• Violate Apple Wallet أو Google Wallet developer policies.
• Reverse engineer أو attempt to extract the source code of the الخدمة.

The الخدمة هو designed to comply مع the European Accessibility Act (EAA). نحن aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance for digital بطاقات و the Scanner App.

To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak law (Commercial Code § 373 et seq.), الخاص بنا total liability هو limited to the amount paid by أنت in the 12 أشهر preceding the claim. For مجاني users, liability هو limited to €50.

10.1. Governing Law: هذه الشروط هي governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

10.2. Jurisdiction:

• EU Consumers/B2B: Courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
• US Users: Binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
