API & Integrasi section contains tools untuk programmatic integrasi dari 7stamp dengan Anda luaran systems — CRM, POS, ERP, analytics, messenger bots.

API Keys

Halaman utama dari section ialah API key list. Columns:

• Name — key name (usually matches linked Staf name).
• Login — Staf login key ialah tied untuk.
• API Key — key itself (starts dengan 7loc_sc_..., hidden by default, copyable dengan satu click).
• Status — Aktif.
• 🔄 — regenerate key.
• 🗑️ — delete key.

Mewujudkan API key

Tekan + ADD API KEY — Generate API Key popup membuka:

• Pengimbas — dropdown untuk pick Staf Login key akan menjadi bound untuk (satu Staf dapat memiliki satu key).
• Butang CANCEL / GENERATE.

Selepas GENERATE key ialah dibuat dan muncul di list. Copy ini immediately — penuh key may tidak menjadi shown lagi.

Apa anda dapat do via API

• Terbitkan kad untuk pelanggan by e-mel/telefon.
• Tambah Stamp untuk specific pelanggan.
• Terbitkan voucher (templated atau custom, dengan Tebus Kod).
• Tebus voucher (jika anda bekerja via Anda own POS).
• Baca status dari kad, progres, history.
• Subscribe untuk Webhook untuk receive acara di nyata time.

Webhook

Webhook send kad acara untuk luaran sistem. Disokong (see acara glosarium):

• kad_diterbitkan, kad_disimpan, kad_opened.
• Stamp_ditambahkan.
• target_reached, ganjaran_diterbitkan.
• voucher_diterbitkan, voucher_ditebus, voucher_kedaluwarsa.
• lotere_played (dengan result).
• birthday_reached.
• inactivity_trigger.
• kampanye_sent.

Untuk WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber broadcasts, 7loc.com integrasi ialah disambungkan. Sekali aktif, “messengers” saluran menjadi tersedia di Kempen seterusnya untuk PUSH dan E-mel.

Tidak-code scenarios: Zapier dan Make

7stamp API + Webhook bekerja dengan Zapier dan Make (Integromat), letting anda bangun scenarios tanpa coding:

• “Saat voucher_ditebus — tambah tag di Mailchimp”.
• “Saat target_reached — send notifikasi untuk Slack”.
