Loyalty for Franchises, Chains & Multi-Location Brands

One loyalty program across every location, under one corporate brand. No customer app to build, no per-location IT project. Launch wallet loyalty in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and run it all under your own name with White-label.

For networks, the real decision is whether loyalty becomes another custom software project or a branded repeat-visit system the whole organization can actually roll out. 7stamp keeps the customer experience wallet-native while giving head office one program, one brand, and one rollout path across the whole network.

Your own branded loyalty without an app project

A custom loyalty app usually means months of work, app-store overhead, and ongoing maintenance. White-label wallet loyalty keeps the customer experience branded without turning the rollout into a separate product build.

How a network launches with 7stamp

The practical rollout is simpler than a custom app project: configure the brand once, assign locations, and then push one card system across the whole network.

01

Step 1

Enable White-label on a paid setup

Set your domains, branding, legal texts, support contacts, and email layer so the loyalty system already looks like your brand before you issue cards. Own Channel / Branded Emails lets the network use Branded emails or Your own SMTP server.

02

Step 2

Assign Packages to locations or logins

Each operating unit gets its own Package, so expansion is an assignment step rather than a new software implementation.

03

Step 3

Design one card system for the whole network

Create one branded wallet card and reward logic in Card Designer, then update it once and push the change to issued cards across the network.

04

Step 4

Roll out local join points under the same brand

Deploy QR codes, stickers, print materials, receipt QR, or delivery inserts so every location launches the same loyalty loop with local execution.

05

Step 5

Operate centrally and refine locally

Run campaigns, watch analytics by location, and improve underperforming branches without rebuilding the customer-facing product.

Why network operators usually choose this model

The strongest fit appears when the business wants one visible brand, one shared wallet pass, and one rollout path instead of separate local experiments.

01

One brand everywhere

Customers see the corporate brand, not a vendor brand, across the admin panel, customer card page, Scanner, and supporting materials.

02

Central control with local visibility

Head office can run the program once while still tracking how individual locations perform and where adoption or redemption needs help.

03

FMCG and brand-owned loyalty also fit

Consumer brands can issue branded wallet cards, capture repeat purchases through receipt QR or delivery inserts, and keep communication under their own brand even when products move through retail partners. Branded emails keep the sender identity consistent without buying a separate email tool for every location.

Franchises & chains FAQ

Can we run one loyalty program across all locations under our brand?

Yes. With White-label every location runs under your corporate brand, on your domains, with your logo and legal texts. Customers never see 7stamp.

Can individual franchisees have their own brand under ours?

Yes. Two-layer, or nested, White-label lets you assign a White-label Access Code to a franchisee so it gets its own branded layer beneath the master brand.

Do franchisees need their own payment or billing setup?

No. You renew franchise locations with Access Codes, so no payment-provider integration is required.

Who controls the program centrally?

The master account, or White Label Partner, controls branding and subscriptions and assigns Packages to each location or Managed Business.

Can we keep our data on our own servers?

Yes. On-Premise Deployment runs 7stamp on your own infrastructure for data sovereignty. Terms are individual and available on request.

How do we set White-label up?

Follow the guide: complete Branding, Domain and DNS, Email sender, Policies, and Support contact, then switch the status to Enabled. For the email layer, use Branded emails from the franchise domain or connect Your own SMTP server for unlimited sends.
