1. 7stamp का परिचय
7stamp क्या है
7stamp स्थानीय businesses के लिए एक डिजिटल लॉयल्टी SaaS प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है। कागज़ी Stamp Cards (“9 coffees खरीदें, 10वीं free”) को Apple Wallet और Google Wallet में digital Cards में बदला जाता है - बिना अलग app, बिना mandatory POS integration और बिना staff retraining के।
ग्राहक लगभग 15 सेकंड में program join कर सकता है: वह काउंटर, रसीद या पैकेज पर रखा QR scan करता है, “Add to Apple Wallet” या “Save to Google Wallet” दबाता है और तुरंत Stamp collect करना शुरू कर देता है। Business admin panel में हर event देख सकता है और Wallet push notifications, geo-reminders, email campaigns, 7loc.com integration के जरिए messengers, manual Voucher या birthday gift से customers को वापस ला सकता है।
यह कैसे काम करता है (Customer Loop)
Customer journey पाँच steps में चलती है:
- Scan - customer Card का QR scan करता है या Instagram / email link से Join Page खोलता है।
- Save - Card Apple Wallet या Google Wallet में save हो जाती है। कोई app install नहीं करना पड़ता।
- Collect - हर visit / purchase / service पर customer को Stamp मिलता है। Progress Wallet में तुरंत दिखाई देता है।
- Reward - goal पूरा होने पर तीन types में से एक trigger होता है: Award, Voucher या Lottery।
- Return - Wallet notifications, email campaigns, geo-reminders और birthday rewards customer को फिर वापस लाते हैं।

customer अपने Wallet में क्या देखता है
