This سیاست بازپرداخت explains how refunds are handled for the سرویس‌ها provided by PayForSay s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our وب‌سایت 7stamp.com (the “سرویس”).

MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all مشتری سرویس inquiries and بازگشت‌ها regarding پرداخت‌ها. When you purchase a subscription, you واردکردن into a contract with Paddle, and your پرداخت is subject to Paddle’s شرایط and Conditions and سیاست حریم خصوصی.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

  • سرویس Performance: By starting to use our سرویس (e.g., creating a digital کارت وفاداری, issuing stamps, or downloading the Scanner App) during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting the immediate performance of the سرویس.
  • Pro-rata Refunds: If you exercise your right to withdraw after you have started using the سرویس, we (via Paddle) may deduct an amount proportionate to the سرویس provided until the time you communicated your withdrawal.

GENERAL REFUND TERMS

Outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU/UK consumers, all fees paid for the سرویس are generally non-refundable.

However, we may consider بازپرداخت requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you تجربه technical problems with the سرویس that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (usually 7 کسب‌وکار days).

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle support.

  • No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a subscription ماه or سال after cancellation.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

ABUSE OF POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse بازپرداخت requests if we detect signs of fraud, account abuse, or a الگو of repeated بازپرداخت requests for the same account.
