Atmaksas politika

This Atmaksas politika explains how refunds are handled for services provided by PayForSay s.r.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website 7stamp.com (“Service”).

MERCHANT OF RECORD

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns regarding maksājumi. When you purchase subscription, you enter into contract with Paddle, and your maksājums is subject to Paddle’s Noteikumi and Conditions and Privātuma politika.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS)

If you are consumer based in European Union or United Kingdom, you have legal right to “cooling-off” period. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days from date of purchase without giving any reason.

  • Service Performance: By starting to use our Service (e.g., creating digital lojalitātes karte, issuing zīmogi, or downloading Scanner App) during 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of service.
  • Pro-rata Refunds: If you exercise your right to withdraw after you have started using Service, we (via Paddle) may deduct amount proportionate to service provided until time you communicated your withdrawal.

GENERAL REFUND TERMS

Outside of statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU/UK consumers, all fees paid for Service are generally non-refundable.

However, we may consider atmaksa requests in following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with Service that we are unable to resolve within reasonable timeframe (usually 7 business days).
  • Norēķini Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to technical error on our part or Paddle’s part.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle atbalsts.

  • Cancellation stops future norēķini.
  • You will continue to have access to Service until end of your current norēķini period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for remaining days of subscription month or year after cancellation.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request atmaksa, please follow these steps:

  1. Kontakts Paddle Atbalsts: Visit https://paddle.net or use kontakts information provided in your purchase receipt.
  2. Kontakts Us: You can also notify us at info@7stamp.com . Please include your account email address and reason for atmaksa request.

If atmaksa is approved, it will be processed using original maksājums method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

ABUSE OF POLICY

We reserve right to refuse atmaksa requests if we detect signs of fraud, account abuse, or pattern of repeated atmaksa requests for same account.
