Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all khách hàng service inquiries and returns regarding payments. When you purchase a subscription, you enter into a contract with Paddle, and your thanh toán is subject to Paddle’s Terms and Conditions and Quyền riêng tư Policy.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to a “cooling-off” period. You may cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

Outside of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period for EU/UK consumers, all fees paid for the Service are generally non-refundable.

However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems with the Service that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe (usually 7 doanh nghiệp days).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle hỗ trợ.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect signs of fraud, account abuse, or a pattern of repeated refund requests for the same account.
