5. Kartu Designer — kartu builder (5 steps)

Saat you buat new kartu (by pressing NEW STAMP CARD), you dapat pick visual template tutup untuk Anda gaya. At top you dapat quickly switch between bisnis types (e.g., restaurants) atau scroll melalui semua dari them. Don’t worry jika you pick wrong satu: setiap color dan icon adalah customizable! Setelah you pick template, ini’s copied ke dalam Anda new kartu dan you land di Kartu Designer. You dapat skip ini step — just press Start Dari Scratch. You land di sama Kartu Designer.

Kartu Designer membuka keduanya saat creating new kartu dan saat pressing ✏️ Edit icon on existing kartu. Ini’s step-by-step wizard dari five stages:

1. Personalize Anda gaya — gaya dan branding.
2. Tambah Visuals — Stamp configuration.
3. Bangun Anda Journey — Hadiah dan Milestone Hadiah.
4. Additional settings — Birthday dan Geo-fence notifications.
5. Result — final preview dan kartu regeneration.

On right dari screen there’s always langsung Preview Stamp kartu — ini updates di nyata time dengan setiap change. You dapat tap any step di preview’s bottom navigation untuk see bagaimana kartu akan look saat user reaches itu Stamp.

5.1 Step 1. Personalize Anda gaya — gaya dan branding

The pertama step configures look dan branding dari kartu:

• Kartu logo — Anda bisnis logo (uploaded dari file atau pasted dari clipboard).
• Kartu name — kartu name (e.g., Morning Bean, Beauty Salon Loyalty, Gratis Pizza Club). Ini adalah apa pelanggan sees di Wallet.
• Smart contrast colors — toggle untuk automatic contrast color picking (recommended jika you’re not sure about Anda palette). Saat enabled, system akan adjust colors automatically jika they blend together.
• Halaman Background — kartu halaman background color.
• Stamp block — background dari Stamp block itself, switching between Color (solid) dan Gambar (uploaded picture — e.g., coffee beans photo untuk coffee shop).
• Customize font (web hanya)? Ya! — font customization (applies hanya untuk web preview; Wallet uses system font).

Good kartu design rule dari thumb: logo must menjadi readable di small size; background sebaiknya menjadi solid atau low-contrast, otherwise Stamp adalah hard untuk baca. Sebelum publishing, always tap Lihat as Pelanggan dan periksa bagaimana kartu looks on nyata phone screen.

5.2 Step 2. Tambah Visuals — Stamp configuration

Ini step configures bagaimana Stamp look:

• Set total Stamp — total Stamp count on kartu (e.g., 8). Ini adalah final target — saat pelanggan reaches ini count, Hadiah fires.
• Stamp Icon — Stamp icon. Uploaded separately untuk Aktif (filled) dan Inactive (empty) states. A nice trick adalah untuk gunakan icon dari Anda main product (coffee cup, pizza, scissors) untuk aktif, dan gray versi dari sama gambar untuk inactive.
• Border Colors — Stamp border color untuk aktif dan inactive states.
• Background Colors — Stamp background color untuk aktif dan inactive states.

A kartu dengan 8 Stamp adalah sweet spot untuk coffee shops dan quick service. Untuk premium services (salons, restaurants) 4–6 Stamp adalah typical. Untuk frequent purchases (bakeries, fast food) — 10–12. Don’t go above 15 — motivation drops dan voucher starts untuk feel unreachable.

5.3 Step 3. Bangun Anda Journey — Hadiah dan Milestone Hadiah

The most important step. Here you decide apa pelanggan gets dan bagaimana they earn ini.

Hadiah Icon

The hadiah icon (Aktif / Inactive) — shown di final cell dari kartu di place dari standard Stamp.

Hadiah format

Toggle dari three options: Award | Voucher | Lotere. Ini adalah three Hadiah types — each memiliki nya own Section 6. Di short:

• Award — instant text gift (“Gratis Coffee”). Simple dan fast.
• Voucher — Smart Voucher dengan nya own lifecycle dan optional Redeem Code.
• Lotere — draw dari pool dari variants dengan probabilities.

Hadiah Title

The text dari final gift (e.g., Gratis Coffee, Gratis L'Oréal Hair Coloring, 50% off tire replacement). Ini adalah apa pelanggan akan see semua along path — keduanya di Wallet dan di preview.

Optional Settings

Toggle: Per order | By amount.

• Per order — satu Stamp per ticket / order, regardless dari amount. Simple dan jelas, fits most cafes dan salons.
• By amount — satu Stamp per N currency units di ticket (e.g., 1 Stamp per €10). Good untuk restaurants dan retail dengan variable ticket sizes — ini nudges pelanggan untuk grow basket. Requires ticket amount untuk menjadi passed untuk 7stamp (via POS integration atau Receipt QR).

Ini tautan turns single-target kartu ke dalam Milestone Hadiah — kartu dengan several intermediate hadiah. Untuk example: 3 Stamp → small gift, 6 → medium, 9 → final hadiah. Details di Section 6.4.

5.4 Step 4. Additional settings — Birthday dan Geo-fence

Ini step membuka automations — things itu bekerja tanpa Anda involvement setelah kartu adalah published.

Birthday Hadiah

• Enable birthday greetings — Ya / Tidak.
• Greeting pesan — greeting text (e.g., Happy Birthday! 🎉).
• Congratulations sebelum N hari — bagaimana many hari sebelum birthday untuk send greeting (0 = on hari, 3 = three hari sebelum).
• Give birthday voucher — Ya / Tidak. Jika Ya — voucher adalah automatically diterbitkan together dengan greeting.

The birthday date adalah collected dari pelanggan’s kartu — pelanggan dapat set ini at bergabung time atau nanti on kartu halaman.

Geo-fence notification — geo-reminders

Di Geo-fence notification ini’s empty by default: “You memiliki tidak lokasi yet”. Tap + Tambah lokasi — Tambah lokasi popup membuka:

• Store address — masukkan venue address (e.g., Bratislava, Baštová 3). Google Maps suggests as you type.
• A marker appears on map; refine spot. Coordinates adalah recorded automatically (e.g., 48.14487, 17.10618).
• Pesan — text dari notification pelanggan gets saat terdekat (e.g., You're terdekat! Drop by untuk Anda morning coffee ☕).

You dapat tambah several lokasi — geo-fence fires untuk any dari them.

Watch out. Geo-notifications hanya bekerja jika pelanggan memiliki enabled geolocation dan Wallet push notifications. Don’t gunakan ini channel untuk aggressive promos — jaga tone warm dan non-intrusive.

5.5 Step 5. Result — final kartu regeneration

On last step you see final Preview Stamp kartu dan Regenerate Stamp Kartu button.

• Saat creating new kartu, button simply publishes ini — setelah press kartu appears di Stamp Kartu gallery dan QR starts working.
• Saat editing existing kartu, Regenerate Stamp Kartu applies semua changes dan updates design on setiap already-diterbitkan pelanggan kartu (via Wallet push update). Color, text, dan icon changes reach pelanggan automatically.

Important about editing. Change design boldly — ini updates untuk pelanggan. Tetapi don’t change underlying mechanics (Stamp count, Hadiah type) on langsung kartu: ini confuses existing participants. Jika you perlu different mechanics, buat new kartu dan archive old satu.
