| White-label | Running 7stamp under your own brand and domains. It applies to the account, not to a single Package. Client businesses still need active Packages or a paid plan. |
| White Label Partner | A business that has enabled White-label and provides 7stamp loyalty under its own brand, to its own locations or to other businesses it serves. |
| Managed Business | A second-level business served under a White Label Partner’s brand. It does not see standard 7stamp pricing; its subscription is controlled via Access Codes. It can itself be granted nested White-label. |
| Partner Balance | A prepaid account in the partner store, topped up by credit card or invoice for large sums, and used to pay for Access Codes from balance. |
| Access Code | A prepaid, card-free credential that pays for 7stamp. It contains one or more Packages and is consumed before the base tariff plan. |
| Package | A prepaid bundle inside an Access Code, holding Staff Seats, Card Operations, Emails, unlimited Wallet push notifications, and optional add-on modules. Package limits refresh monthly and do not accumulate. |
| Voucher (Smart Voucher) | A voucher with its own lifecycle (issued → active → redeemed → expired). Tied to the card, can be used later. |
| Redeem Code | A Voucher option — text code + QR + barcode that the customer (or the cashier) sees when the voucher is used. It often matches a promo code that your POS already supports. |
| Lottery | A gamified Reward: a pool of Variants with assigned probabilities (Award / Voucher / try-again / no-prize), summing to 100%. |
| Variant | A lottery slot — Type, Probability %, Name, Greeting text. |
| Card Operation | A billing unit — one transaction with a stamp or a voucher. The Free plan includes 100 Card Operations per month. |
| Staff Seat | A billing unit — one staff login or one scanning workstation. The Free plan includes 1 Staff Seat. |
| Business Profile Code | The unique identifier of a business account in 7stamp, shown in the top-left business switcher. Agencies use it to assign Access Code Packages to a specific client. |
| Email | A marketing or broadcast email delivered through 7stamp’s hosted email layer. Default email and Branded emails count against the monthly Emails limit; Your own SMTP server is unlimited and never counted. Wallet push notifications are unlimited and free. |
| Own Channel / Branded Emails | A paid Add-on that unlocks Branded emails from your verified domain and Your own SMTP server. It is required before White-label can be enabled and is included free in LTD seats. |
| Lifetime Package | A Package whose monthly limits keep refreshing for as long as 7stamp operates. It is not an unlimited or rolling balance. |
| Monthly reset | The rule that package and plan limits refresh each month and do not accumulate. |
| Stamp Scanner | The mobile app for iOS and Android where staff scan customer cards. |
| Online scanner | The web version of the scanner at scanner.7stamp.com — runs on any device with a camera and a browser. |
| Self-Service Kiosk | A Scanner mode where the tablet faces the customer and they scan their own card. |
| Autopilot | A Scanner mode with an external scanner at the till — the card reads “as a barcode” and the stamp is added in the background. |
| Terminal Mode | A dedicated mode of the 7stamp Scanner app that runs a loyalty program on an existing Android payment terminal. The customer scans a QR on the terminal screen and collects stamps in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. |
| Loyalty VAS (Value-Added Service) | A loyalty program offered on top of payment acceptance, typically by an acquirer, processor, or terminal reseller. |
| Terminal estate | The fleet of payment terminals managed by an acquirer, processor, ISO, or reseller. |
| Apple VAS / Google Smart Tap | Reader-level NFC protocols, handled by the terminal’s payment application, that let a certified payment terminal read a loyalty pass from a phone wallet on tap and pass it to the loyalty system. Used in advanced Terminal Mode integrations. |
| Card-linked loyalty / Card-linked loyalty | An advanced partner-dependent integration where a returning customer is recognised by PAR (Payment Account Reference) or another non-PCI stable token after enrollment consent. Do not use or hash PAN. |
| PAR (Payment Account Reference) | An EMVCo, non-PCI persistent payment-account identifier. It can connect a physical card and its Apple Pay / Google Pay tokens to the same enrolled loyalty profile when the acquirer or processor exposes it. |
| Staff QR Page | A special page (also savable to a staff member’s Wallet) with a QR for customer enrollment — for premium service. |
| Join Page | The public card page behind the direct link — the page customers land on after scanning a QR. |
| Delivery Insert | A printable insert for delivery orders with a unique QR (Auto-Stamping + Instant Wallet Add). |
| Card Events | The log of all card events (issuance, stamp, goal, voucher, lottery, etc.). |
| Customer view | A preview of the card through the customer’s eyes — opens on the my.7stamp.com domain. |
