Does the 고객 need to download an 앱?
아니요. The 카드 lives in Apple 지갑 or Google 지갑, which are already on the phone. The 고객 scans a QR and taps “Add to 지갑” — 15 seconds, no registration, no 앱.
Do I need to integrate my POS?
아니요t required. The simplest 출시 is integration-free, through 7stamp 직원 스캔ner or 배달 Inserts. If your POS already handles promo codes (and most modern POS do), use a Voucher with a Redeem Code — that gives you a 로열티 layer on top of your POS without any rework. If you want a deep integration, ready-made Poster, Serve, and API/Webhooks are there.
Do I need to train 직원?
Minimally. In Self-Service Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk the 고객 scans the 카드 themselves — the 직원 does zero actions. In Autopilot Mode Mode an external scanner picks up the 카드 “as a barcode” in the background. In 직원 직원 스캔ner the 직원 has one action: “스캔 the 카드”. Training takes 2 minutes.
How much does it cost?
- Free Forever — €0, 100 카드 운영 and 1 직원 Seat per month.
- 월간 — €29 / 월 per location.
- 연간 — €290 / 년 per location (-2 months).
Can I change the 카드 design after 고객 have it?
지원. 열기 the 카드 in 카드 Designer, edit it, tap Regenerate 스탬프 카드 — changes are pushed to all already-issued 카드. The underlying mechanics (스탬프 count, 보상 type) are best not changed — that confuses existing participants.
What if the 고객 screenshots a voucher?
A voucher screenshot won’t work twice. A Voucher has the issued → active → redeemed → expired lifecycle. After redemption the status flips to redeemed, and any subsequent attempt to use the voucher (via 직원 스캔ner or Redeem Code in the POS) is rejected.
What if the 고객 shows one Redeem Code twice?
Same thing — the Voucher has a state machine. After the 첫 번째 use the voucher becomes redeemed, and the same Redeem Code won’t pass again. Additionally, the code in the POS can be set as one-time.
Is multi-location supported?
지원. 청구 is per location/login. Each location/shift gets its own 직원 Seat in the 직원 섹션. In Overview → Location analytics (직원) you see stats per location/직원.
What about languages?

Can I see the 카드 the way the 고객 sees it?
지원. On the 스탬프 카드 page, under every 카드, there’s a ⤴️ icon → View as 고객. Also, from any row in Journal the 🔍 고객 view link is available — an exact replica of what this specific 고객 saw.
How is a Lottery played if the 고객 has neither 직원 nor a kiosk nearby?
If a 보상 = Lottery fires from a 배달 Insert or 영수증 QR 스캔, the lottery is played right in the 고객’s phone browser, on the 카드 page. 아니요 앱 to install. The same scenario works for post-purchase 캠페인 with a Voucher slot attached to the lottery pool.
Can I send broadcasts to messengers (WhatsApp / Telegram / Viber)?
지원 — with the 7cloc.com integration connected. After activation, the “messengers” channel appears in 캠페인 다음 to PUSH and Email, and any 캠페인 (including Birthday greetings and Win-뒤로) can be sent across all three channels at once, optionally with an attached Voucher.
What if the 고객 loses their phone?
The 지갑 카드 is tied to the 고객’s Apple/Google account — when restoring on a new phone, 지갑 syncs all passes automatically, including the 7stamp 카드 with all its 스탬프 and 바우처.
How does 7stamp 직원 스캔ner differ on Web / Android / iOS?
Functionally all three platforms do the same — 직원 Login entry, three modes (Manual / Autopilot Mode Mode / Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk), scanning, voucher redemption. The web version at scanner.7stamp.com is suitable for a shared work laptop or any-OS tablet — nothing to install. The native Android and iOS apps are faster with the camera and more convenient on 직원 personal phones. For a Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk stand on an iPad or Android tablet, we recommend the native 앱.
Can I use one 직원 Login on several devices at once?
Technically — yes, within one location. In practice it’s recommended to 생성 a separate 직원 Login per physical workstation (Bar Counter, Cash Register, Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Tablet). That gives correct analytics in Overview → Location analytics (직원) — you’ll see who stamped how many.
How do I switch between Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode?
Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode are the same mode switched by the Auto-스탬프 (직원 스캔ner Only) toggle in the upper right of the main screen. Toggle off — Manual (직원 scans with the camera). Toggle on — Autopilot Mode Mode (스탬프 added automatically from external scanner input). The switch is instant and doesn’t require re-login.
What if the 고객’s 카드 doesn’t 스캔?
- Make sure the 고객 has the right 카드 열기 in 지갑 (your 비즈니스 카드, not someone else’s).
- Ask them to raise the screen brightness.
- If the camera still struggles — use the 검색 고객 button and find the 고객 by email or 카드 number (visible on the 카드 itself in 지갑 under the progress bar).
- As a last resort, 열기 the admin →
Issued user 카드, find the 고객, and add a 스탬프 manually via VIEW HISTORY.
