Does the 顧客 need to download an App?

不要. The カード lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on the phone. The 顧客 scans a QR and taps “Add to Wallet” — 15 seconds, no registration, no App.

Do I need to integrate my POS?

不要t required. The simplest 開始 is integration-free, through 7stamp スタッフ スキャンner or デリバリー Inserts. If your POS already handles promo codes (and most modern POS do), use a Voucher with a Redeem Code — that gives you a ロイヤルティ layer on top of your POS without any rework. If you want a deep integration, ready-made Poster, Serve, and API/Webhooks are there.

Do I need to train スタッフ?

Minimally. In Self-Service Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk the 顧客 scans the カード themselves — the スタッフ does zero actions. In Autopilot Mode Mode an external scanner picks up the カード “as a barcode” in the background. In スタッフ スタッフ スキャンner the スタッフ has one action: “スキャン the カード”. Training takes 2 minutes.

How much does it cost?

  • Free Forever — €0, 100 カード 運用 and 1 スタッフ Seat per month.
  • 月額 — €29 / 月 per location.
  • 年額 — €290 / 年 per location (-2 months).

Can I change the カード design after 顧客 have it?

対応. 開く the カード in カード Designer, edit it, tap Regenerate Stamp カード — changes are pushed to all already-issued カード. The underlying mechanics (Stamp count, 特典 type) are best not changed — that confuses existing participants.

What if the 顧客 screenshots a voucher?

A voucher screenshot won’t work twice. A Voucher has the issued → active → redeemed → expired lifecycle. After redemption the status flips to redeemed, and any subsequent attempt to use the voucher (via スタッフ スキャンner or Redeem Code in the POS) is rejected.

What if the 顧客 shows one Redeem Code twice?

Same thing — the Voucher has a state machine. After the 最初 use the voucher becomes redeemed, and the same Redeem Code won’t pass again. Additionally, the code in the POS can be set as one-time.

Is multi-location supported?

対応. 請求 is per location/login. Each location/shift gets its own スタッフ Seat in the スタッフ セクション. In Overview → Location analytics (スタッフ) you see stats per location/スタッフ.

What about languages?

7stamp の公開サイトと顧客向けページは現在 54 言語で利用できます。新しい公開言語は、翻訳と SEO の確認が完了した後にのみ追加されます。

Can I see the カード the way the 顧客 sees it?

対応. On the Stamp カード page, under every カード, there’s a ⤴️ icon → View as 顧客. Also, from any row in Journal the 🔍 顧客 view link is available — an exact replica of what this specific 顧客 saw.

How is a Lottery played if the 顧客 has neither スタッフ nor a kiosk nearby?

If a 特典 = Lottery fires from a デリバリー Insert or レシートQR スキャン, the lottery is played right in the 顧客’s phone browser, on the カード page. 不要 App to install. The same scenario works for post-purchase キャンペーン with a Voucher slot attached to the lottery pool.

Can I send broadcasts to messengers (WhatsApp / Telegram / Viber)?

対応 — with the 7cloc.com integration connected. After activation, the “messengers” channel appears in キャンペーン 次 to PUSH and Email, and any キャンペーン (including Birthday greetings and Win-戻る) can be sent across all three channels at once, optionally with an attached Voucher.

What if the 顧客 loses their phone?

The Wallet カード is tied to the 顧客’s Apple/Google account — when restoring on a new phone, Wallet syncs all passes automatically, including the 7stamp カード with all its Stamp and バウチャー.

How does 7stamp スタッフ スキャンner differ on Web / Android / iOS?

Functionally all three platforms do the same — スタッフ Login entry, three modes (Manual / Autopilot Mode Mode / Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk), scanning, voucher redemption. The web version at scanner.7stamp.com is suitable for a shared work laptop or any-OS tablet — nothing to install. The native Android and iOS apps are faster with the camera and more convenient on スタッフ personal phones. For a Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk stand on an iPad or Android tablet, we recommend the native App.

Can I use one スタッフ Login on several devices at once?

Technically — yes, within one location. In practice it’s recommended to 作成 a separate スタッフ Login per physical workstation (Bar Counter, Cash Register, Self-Service Self-Service Kiosk Tablet). That gives correct analytics in Overview → Location analytics (スタッフ) — you’ll see who stamped how many.

How do I switch between Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode?

Manual and Autopilot Mode Mode are the same mode switched by the Auto-Stamp (スタッフ スキャンner Only) toggle in the upper right of the main screen. Toggle off — Manual (スタッフ scans with the camera). Toggle on — Autopilot Mode Mode (Stamp added automatically from external scanner input). The switch is instant and doesn’t require re-login.

What if the 顧客’s カード doesn’t スキャン?

  1. Make sure the 顧客 has the right カード 開く in Wallet (your ビジネス カード, not someone else’s).
  2. Ask them to raise the screen brightness.
  3. If the camera still struggles — use the 検索 顧客 button and find the 顧客 by email or カード number (visible on the カード itself in Wallet under the progress bar).
  4. As a last resort, 開く the admin → Issued user カード, find the 顧客, and add a Stamp manually via VIEW HISTORY.
