Does the ग्राहक need to download an ऐप?
नहीं. The कार्ड lives in Apple वॉलेट or Google वॉलेट, which are already on the phone. The ग्राहक scans a QR and taps “Add to वॉलेट” — 15 seconds, no registration, no ऐप.
Do I need to integrate my POS?
नहींt required. The simplest लॉन्च is integration-free, through 7stamp स्कैनर or डिलीवरी Inserts. If your POS already handles promo codes (and most modern POS do), use a Voucher with a Redeem Code — that gives you a लॉयल्टी layer on top of your POS without any rework. If you want a deep integration, ready-made Poster, Serve, and API/Webhooks are there.
Do I need to train स्टाफ?
Minimally. In Self-Service कियोस्क the ग्राहक scans the कार्ड themselves — the स्टाफ does zero actions. In ऑटोपायलट an external scanner picks up the कार्ड “as a barcode” in the background. In स्टाफ स्कैनर the स्टाफ has one action: “स्कैन the कार्ड”. Training takes 2 minutes.
How much does it cost?
- Free Forever — €0, 100 कार्ड संचालन and 1 स्टाफ Seat per month.
- मासिक — €29 / माह per location.
- वार्षिक — €290 / वर्ष per location (-2 months).
Can I change the कार्ड design after ग्राहक have it?
हाँ. खोलें the कार्ड in कार्ड Designer, edit it, tap Regenerate स्टैम्प कार्ड — changes are pushed to all already-issued कार्ड्स. The underlying mechanics (स्टैम्प count, रिवॉर्ड type) are best not changed — that confuses existing participants.
What if the ग्राहक screenshots a voucher?
A voucher screenshot won’t work twice. A Voucher has the issued → active → redeemed → expired lifecycle. After redemption the status flips to redeemed, and any subsequent attempt to use the voucher (via स्कैनर or Redeem Code in the POS) is rejected.
What if the ग्राहक shows one Redeem Code twice?
Same thing — the Voucher has a state machine. After the पहला use the voucher becomes redeemed, and the same Redeem Code won’t pass again. Additionally, the code in the POS can be set as one-time.
Is multi-location supported?
हाँ. बिलिंग is per location/login. Each location/shift gets its own स्टाफ Seat in the स्टाफ अनुभाग. In Overview → Location analytics (स्टाफ) you see stats per location/स्टाफ.
What about languages?

Can I see the कार्ड the way the ग्राहक sees it?
हाँ. On the स्टैम्प कार्ड्स page, under every कार्ड, there’s a ⤴️ icon → View as ग्राहक. Also, from any row in Journal the 🔍 ग्राहक view link is available — an exact replica of what this specific ग्राहक saw.
How is a Lottery played if the ग्राहक has neither स्टाफ nor a kiosk nearby?
If a रिवॉर्ड = Lottery fires from a डिलीवरी Insert or रसीद QR स्कैन, the lottery is played right in the ग्राहक’s phone browser, on the कार्ड page. नहीं ऐप to install. The same scenario works for post-purchase अभियान with a Voucher slot attached to the lottery pool.
Can I send broadcasts to messengers (WhatsApp / Telegram / Viber)?
हाँ — with the 7cloc.com integration connected. After activation, the “messengers” channel appears in कैंपेन अगला to PUSH and Email, and any अभियान (including Birthday greetings and Win-वापस) can be sent across all three channels at once, optionally with an attached Voucher.
What if the ग्राहक loses their phone?
The वॉलेट कार्ड is tied to the ग्राहक’s Apple/Google account — when restoring on a new phone, वॉलेट syncs all passes automatically, including the 7stamp कार्ड with all its स्टैम्प्स and वाउचर.
How does 7stamp स्कैनर differ on Web / Android / iOS?
Functionally all three platforms do the same — स्टाफ Login entry, three modes (Manual / ऑटोपायलट / कियोस्क), scanning, voucher redemption. The web version at scanner.7stamp.com is suitable for a shared work laptop or any-OS tablet — nothing to install. The native Android and iOS apps are faster with the camera and more convenient on स्टाफ personal phones. For a कियोस्क stand on an iPad or Android tablet, we recommend the native ऐप.
Can I use one स्टाफ Login on several devices at once?
Technically — yes, within one location. In practice it’s recommended to बनाएँ a separate स्टाफ Login per physical workstation (Bar Counter, Cash Register, कियोस्क Tablet). That gives correct analytics in Overview → Location analytics (स्टाफ) — you’ll see who stamped how many.
How do I switch between Manual and ऑटोपायलट?
Manual and ऑटोपायलट are the same mode switched by the Auto-स्टैम्प (स्कैनर Only) toggle in the upper right of the main screen. Toggle off — Manual (स्टाफ scans with the camera). Toggle on — ऑटोपायलट (स्टैम्प्स added automatically from external scanner input). The switch is instant and doesn’t require re-login.
What if the ग्राहक’s कार्ड doesn’t स्कैन?
- Make sure the ग्राहक has the right कार्ड खोलें in वॉलेट (your व्यवसाय कार्ड, not someone else’s).
- Ask them to raise the screen brightness.
- If the camera still struggles — use the खोज ग्राहक button and find the ग्राहक by email or कार्ड number (visible on the कार्ड itself in वॉलेट under the progress bar).
- As a last resort, खोलें the admin →
Issued user कार्ड्स, find the ग्राहक, and add a स्टैम्प manually via VIEW HISTORY.
