The best moment to ask a customer how it went is the moment they pay. They are still with you, the experience is fresh, and the terminal is already in their hands. The Customer Feedback add-on uses that moment — on the Android payment terminal you already have.
One page, right after payment
Once the payment completes, the Customer Feedback page opens on the terminal screen. The customer can send a private message to the business or choose the public review option — the same options everyone sees, at any rating. There is nothing for the customer to install, and no account to create.
One APK, not a second app
Feedback collection runs inside the existing 7stamp Scanner app as a mode, not as a separate application. For a business, that means one package on the device. For an acquirer or reseller, it means one app to deploy, one version to maintain, and one thing to certify and support across the whole terminal estate.
Every submission knows where it came from
Each submission is attributed to a location, taken from the Staff Login it came through — the till, the terminal, or the workstation. You read everything in one inbox, and a customer who also has a stamp card still gets one notification per submission. Two products never mean two inboxes.
A value-added service for terminal partners
